Very nice operator: our experience was pleasure
It was very nice from first to last day of the trip.
Car took us from airport, five hours ride to Kruger, then beautiful sunset safari. We stayed at chalet (it was comfortable and clean), name of the place - Pretoriuskop. There are some animals in lodge: monkeys, wild chickens, mongooses, squirrels.
Early at the mornings we went to safari again, breakfast we had on stops in nice places. For lunch we came back to lodge. Unfortunately, in Preturiuskop there is only one cafe/restaurant - Wimpy. Wimpy is a South African fastfood and it is not very good for us, because 90% of there food is prefabricated. But there is also grocery shop and some kitchens in the lodge.
About dinner - it was very nice, because or tour leader with his colleges cook some tasty food for dinner at camp at lodge and served it with vine for us, it was pleasure.
Our guides on safari was a very nice guys, there were always open for some new information about animals, their behavior and also they tried to find for us more animals. Also, they always patiently wait while you taking pictures:)
Of course, i don't said about animals, because it is a kind of random. We saw lots of and also big five too. But when we saw leopard, he was laying on the ground in the bush and we saw only his head and tail. But, i think, safari company counld't ask leopard to show him in another way :)
So, in general, it was very nice, there are only one thing that's guys can improve - food for lunch (Wimpy is not a dream).

Lifetime experience
The Safari with Lenchada and our driver Jimmy surpassed all our expectations. It was truly a unique experience. The days were packed with activities, we saw every animal we could see and we never wanted it to end. We were also kept well fed and well informed for everything around us. Will definetly recommend to my friends that are visiting Kenya. Thanks for everything

A safari unforgettable and fantastically beautiful
We were a small group of 5 people and booked a safari with Brilliant Tours in February 2023 and were so positively surprised at how wonderfully everything was organized. It was actually one of the most beautiful travel experiences we had on our Tanzania trip. especially since we had Max Lee with us. the best and nicest guide you can imagine for such an adventure. he has incredible knowledge of all animals and plants and was not only our professional guide but became our dearest friend and companion. Wonderful trip and more than we expected
We just arrived back at home after great two weeks in Uganda and want to thank Speke Uganda Holidays (partner of our German agency Diamir Erlebnisreisen) for a great vacation. We experienced so much more than we expected, that we really can't name only one highlight of the trip. As we booked the tour, we thought Uganda ist special because of the Gorillatracking in Bwindi Impenetrable Nationalpark and Mgahinga Nationalpark and because of the Chimpanzeetracking in Kibale Nationalpark. But Uganda showed us so much more: for example the Murchison Falls Nationalpark with its impressive waterfall and wildlife we saw on a game drive and by boat. Just as special the crater landscape of the Queen-Elizabeth Nationalpark besides a interesting meeting with some hippos next to the road enjoying their mud bath. We also loved our stay at Lake Mutanda and Lake Mburo, where we faced some giraffes on a walking safari three meters away.
But our vacation wouldn't have been so special if our guide Robert hadn't taught us so much about his country. Because of that, we have to thank him a lot. He showed us pineapple-, banana- and teaplantations, explained us much about the agriculture, people and wildlife in Uganda and teached us some words in Swahili and Luganda. But we will certainly need more help with that. :-)

Perfectly organized with good proposals and good respond to our wishes.
In the planning phase we had a good and very responsive communication with Benson. Booking was easy and transparent. Marvellous Lodges/ Hotels, the final highlight was the Manyara Best View Lodge, an extraordinary location, spectacular view and very kind staff. Our Safari guide Ruambisa (?) Paulo was a very good driver, good animal finder, had a lot of knowledge about the regions, culture and animals. He made our trip a great and wonderful experience. Communication was easy in our mother tongue German. Thanks again!

Highest standards in personal communcation and excellent recommendations
From the start, Kathi provided excellent advice and communication. She was able to reply quickly, with detailed answers, to phone calls, messages and emails, full explaining circumstances around our upcoming tour. Her service was beyond our expectations. Whenever I called, at times out of hours, I could depend on her immediate assistance. Kathi personally recommended a safari at Kariega Private Game Reserve and booked return flights for us from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth. It proved to be a most impressive lodge with excellent location, service, game drives, meals and drinks. At our room we were delighted to have giraffe, monkeys, kudus and warthogs visiting a waterhole just by our own terrace! Game drives were exciting with our knowlegable ranger who had much to tell us on each of two drives every day. The experience of the African countryside was breathtaking.
Kathi had organised everything, including private taxi transport to and from the reserve and Port Elizabeth airport. On our return she helpfully organised our car rental for the rest of our stay in Capetown, managing our paticular requests in her friendly and efficient way.
I can absolutely recommend 'African Welcome Safaris' to others considering a booking.
