The whole trip was perfect. The experience with the gorillas and also another tour to the Queen Elizabeth NP is unforgettable. From the beginning, Peter helped us with everything we needed. Was always checking if we could get something cheaper as we would have found it. We saved much money thanks to his negotiating skills with food and accommodation. In addition he even picked us up for free from our hotels and brought us back even after our agreement. He drove us from Kabale to our Hotel in Kigali for free and offered his knowledge whenever we have questions. Also important are his extraordinary driving skills. We felt save the whole tour due to his careful way to drive. Honestly I think it's not possible to do it better.

Our operator Noel was as good as it gets. Very efficient, punctual and informative. Very pleased.
The safari was a great experience, seeing the animals in their natural habitat so close up in the real world. It was surreal and a priceless experience. Our guide Max aided in the experience with his expertise on each species. I couldn't be happier, I still have a smile on my face. I will definitely be back.

Dishonest
The tour was great. However the agent I worked with from corporate office kept telling me one thing and changing it where I paid more and received less. She even changed the contract of what I signed. I was promised three meals plus much more and did not receive it. I have my original contract and all of our emails and conversations. BUYER BEWARE--DISHONEST. The properies in Capetown were nice but in need of repair. Stillness Manor: Broken mirrors, issues with water, mold around showers, and load share
issues every day (no lanterns or emergency lamps). Shark Bay was nice. Belle Maroc was a nice location. The people on site And the driver were great. Please make sure you get everything in writing from them and then DO NOT SIGN ANY NEW ADDENDUMS, CANCEL IF YOU MUST TO SAVE BEING SCAMMED, BUT DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING AFTER THE INITUAL CONTRACT. The Victoria Falls portion was great!

Fantastic and Extremely Knowledgable
Sonya was a huge help in getting us to the Lower Zambezi river, It all went without a hitch and all 4 of us coming off a missionary work team had a marvelous time. I booked the four-day safari tour and it was just indescribably beautiful ☺️our guide Freddy and our cook were super nice, funny, courteous and very experienced. We had a lot of fun together and saw a lot of different animals. Richard is a gifted chef who really conjured up incredibly delicious menus for us at every meal, whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. The organization of the safari was also outstanding. Thank you Mohammed for that. I really recommend this company to anyone looking to book a safari.

I really enjoy my safari with Travel Africa Safari Agency.
What made the experience so valuable was our guide, Joseph, who taught us so many things about animals, plants, and people in this incredible country. He was very patient and always answered all our questions. The chef Simba was great too, like a magician with camping stoves. All meals were delicious and varied.
I totally recommend it!
