Attentive and pleasant with great expertise
We have been on the Ssese Islands. Herbert guided us on a nature walk through rain forest and palm oil plantations. We learned a lot and made some beautiful memories. It was a lot of fun. Hope to see you again.

Absolutely brilliant tour operator, big enough to cope, small enough to care.
Patrick and his team were brilliant throughout and worked tirelessly to make sure we had a great time. We had lots of little things we needed to change and they accommodated every one of them as we went with a real personalised service. Our Kenyan guide Joseph was fantastic, with over 20 years of experience, he knew the parks backwards which made a real difference to having a great safari.
We had a week visiting Kenya and Tanzania and were delighted with the service, care and expertise. The guides and Patrick were always on time, fully reliable and were great companions on our trip. Even when we hit a few car problems from the roads, they were able to resolve them in record time and keep things moving.
Couldn't be happier with Shanjoy tours and would definitely thoroughly recommend them for their knowledge, service, trustworthiness and flexibility.

The Kruger Safari Co.is attentive, welcoming and professional!
We visited Kruger National Park in February 2024 and the itinerary was booked on the official website of The Kruger Safari Co. The company offered us a very wide range of options, which was something we were very happy with. We chose a 3 day Safari based on our financial budget and time schedule. during this trip we saw almost all the big 5 game except the leopard. But we were happy because it was something we couldn't experience in China and very African. The sad thing is that one of our mates accidentally lost his mobile phone during this trip. But to our surprise, the company's staff found our lost mobile phone in the almost wild environment of the national park, which really led us to marvel! Because we were prepared to never get our phones back. I can't help but admire the service and professionalism of the company's team! One thing that stood out to me during the trip was that our guide, during one of the afternoon safaris, I remember it was almost dark, but he found a tiny chameleon in the bushes. When we could not spot it despite his prompting, he stopped the car and very accurately and quickly found it and showed it to us. What marvellous eyesight that is! Kudos to him for his expertise. Overall, we were very happy with the trip and it is something that I would highly recommend and promote to my close friends. I hope more and more Chinese tourists can have the chance to visit Kruger National Park once and experience the African wildlife adventure.
There are two small suggestions, I hope the camp WIFI signal coverage is wider, at the same time, there is the possibility of Chinese-speaking tour guides, although I know Chinese is very difficult to learn, thank you!

Kind, smart and open tour guide. Fine accommodation, fine food
We traveled with a group of nine people with FIF tours (young people from Denmark). The tour guides were really good, being open and telling a lot about the animals, the country and so on. Extremely nice people, who are easy to talk to and work with.
Nice, clean cars.
The accommodation was fine, a little bit 'away' from everything so you felt a little bit isolated. The food was okay, and no one went to bed hungry!
Overall, great budget experience! I would definitely choose FIF again in the future.

The tour was really good! The guides (Hillary and MG) know a lot about the animals, and their ways of Living. Good humour i always a plus;)

Very good
The Safari was very good, we gad some great guides (MJ and Hillary) who were great at attending our needs and explaining a lot/answering our questions. We saw a lot of animals up close, also because our drivers were determined to give us the full experience. Water and food supply was also good.

Great tour, so sweet and helpful drivers
The tour was so nice. We attended a 3 day safari, 9 people. We shared two cars, and therefore had two drivers. Both drivers were so nice and funny and seemed to love answering all our many questions. They made sure we knew all the important facts about the animals we were watching and also told us a lot about tanzania culture! Also the food was very good, and the were sweet to take into account any allergies and meat preferences!
Such a good experience! also: The safari was so good, and we saw all the animals and most of them in close hand:)

Service beyond what i expected
I had a lot of hopes for the Safari and the animals i was hoping to see, and they all came true. But what made the experience even better was the brilliant guides MG and Hillary. They were wonderful.
