A Wonderful Trip Hampered by Poor Logistics
Our safari adventure delivered moments we’ll never forget. Every wildlife sighting felt electric, and genuine connections made the journey special. Zanzibar was a standout. The private tour there set a new standard - everything ran seamlessly.
But the Tanzania joint safari brought tough lessons. From the start, our guide poured in relentless effort, steering us past every challenge. The team’s energy never faded. Each glimpse of wildlife kept us moving forward. Then reality hit hard.
On day two, our vehicle’s suspension broke down. We lost a full day in the Central Serengeti - a major letdown. The $100 refund felt like a token, not a solution. Combining our group with others based hours away threw plans into chaos.
Early departures slipped to late mornings due to everyone stayed at different locations that are far away from each other. On Mara River day for the Great Migration, the drive overshadowed the experience.
This isn’t just feedback. It’s a wake up call. If we want more visitors to have unforgettable journeys, Mercy's joint tours need a complete rethink.
Our guide was exceptional, but no one can make magic happen with obstacles like these. Please raise the bar. We hope the next adventure deserves better.
