Excellent 1-day Safari
The 1-day Pilanesberg tour was great, our driver was a little early picking me up at the hotel, but that was okay. More time to see the animals! We saw 2 of the Big 5 including elephants, rhinoceros, giraffes, zebras, hippos, etc. The lunch was very good as well. Our park ranger, Herman was fantastic. The entire experience was so great that I decided to go back for another day before my flight back! Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

Incredible Experience
The communication in advance was very fast and reliable. Pendo helped us with every of our questions. Our guide Salehe is a real driving hero and we saw a lot of animals and birds.

Kenya and Tanzania
All of the private drivers and guides was very professional, punctual and considerate of our interests, needs and comfort. We cannot overstate how pleased we were with all of the services provided.
We feel like our amazing family trip to Kenya and Tanzania actually began when we started working with Fede Tours six months prior to our departure date. Fredrick consistently followed up with us to understand our interests, priorities, likes and dislikes, in order to create a wonderful itinerary that satisfied our entire family.
Fredrick our guides that took us around in all of the cities we visited were top-notch, hotels selected were comfortable and conveniently located near the river, driver were on-time and friendly… Our travel agent was also very responsive and helpful in giving us advice during our trip, especially when we encountered some unexpected problems such as a lost luggage during airport transfer.
Overall, the trip itself and the travel company exceeded our expectations – we were very satisfied with our trip.

Amazing experience ever!
We decided to take our honey moon to Africa and that landed us to Uganda! We spent most of our time in western Uganda in Bunyonyi overland camp! Maraka tours staff are just amazing. We booked a package with them, all was smooth, they picked us from the airport and we didn’t have to hustle with anything, they have nice cars and very kind staff. Their guide was very knowledgeable and spoke perfect english. On our way to Kabale where we spent two weeks, we passed by the equator, had a quick tour in Mbarara town and grabbed a bite at a famous restaurant in Mbarara called Baffolos. Their arrangements were flexible and very considerate at a reay cheap price compared to other places we have visited. I highly recommend their service.

Incredible Kenya Family Vacation
My wife, Mary, my son and his fiancé, George and Lilly, and my son Simon and me, Bernard had an incredible family vacation. Everything about our vacation was perfect. I discovered Sino Africa Safari searching on line. I made an inquiry and fortunately was connected with Mr. Le. From that moment on I never doubted my choice and was rewarded with a family memory that will last forever. Mr. Le really understood what I wanted and put together a perfect vacation, four days at Mara Simba lodge, four days at Nakuru, Naivasha ,Elementaita, two nights at Samburu and five days at Mombasa. All of the accommodation was outstanding, the guides, trackers, hosts, and chefs were professional, smart, friendly and a joy to be around. We all loved it. Nairobi and all the activities Mr. Le arranged were so much fun. The transportation services and the drivers were so nice and interesting and willing to share. We were all so excited to meet Mr. Le in Nairobi and get to know him personally. Thank you Mr. Le for making our visit to Kenya so special and memorable. We can't wait to come back.

Outstanding First Trip to Africa
The level of service we received from our consultant Mr Le was the BEST we have ever experienced.....and we travel A LOT!!!!! he asked all the right questions with regards to what we wanted in our trip from lodging, to tours, to wildlife viewing, to side trips...nothing was left to chance. Each and every booking was fabulous! As even the smallest of problems were uncovered, you resolved them prior to our trip. Even some of our concerns about transportation between lodgings, airports, etc, were superbly handled. Not once were we left hanging, always met at each and every location; and always with the utmost professionalism by all. Also, always on time.....we have never had a trip prior to this that was so well handled. Our lodgings were extraordinary, the food delicious, the staff at each location superb. We could not have found better places to stay on our own. Mr. Le’s outstanding knowledge of these locations is evident, and so very much appreciated. Our guides on safari were some of the best, if you requested James (Samburu), Maina (Nakuru), or Francis (Mara); then you picked the best. We had the best of the best wildlife encounters....from the lion kill of a zebra (which James said he had not witnessed a kill in 2 years....) to the elephant trains crossing the Amboseli Swamp, up close viewing of elephants, baboons, hippos, etc. We loved EVERYTHING! We were very impressed with the air transportation as well. Always on time, and luggage hand carried to and from the planes was so nice. The personnel that assisted up from Mara to Nairobi.
We have never encountered such personal care with other companies. One of the best experiences was actually meeting Mr. Le in person. We really appreciated his time and caring attitude. My daughter wishes she could have also met you, as we described our visit to her. We have already recommended Sino Africa to all of our friends, and to ask for Mr. Le in particular. We aren't sure how many will make the journey, but hopefully some will. As this trip was a once in a life time experience. Mika and I are discussing a follow up adventure to Africa, although I am not sure this past one could be topped. So I have rambled on, but there is nothing bad to say, only good....Mr. le is an outstanding person that did a great job for us. Thank you from our hearts.

The tour operator was quite knowledgeable and receptive
We were group of 6 people had a 5 day safari and visited Tarangire, Ngorogoro and Lake Manyara.The communication with Amsi was great. Our guide was very nice, experienced and knowledgeable, tried to answer any of our questions and he drive very good.We were able to see so many animals it was amazing. The accommodations Hhando Coffee Lodge was very comfortable. Many thanks to team for arranging our wonderful time.

Amazing experience!
We arrived in Tanzania with a lot of expectations and all we have to say is that, thanks to Gianluca and Renato, (our amazing guide for the week)everything was beyond expectations!!
We had the best days, learnt a lot about Tanzania and its wild and beautiful nature.
We stayed in beautiful lodges and camps, ate their simple but really good food and fell in love with everything we saw.
After a week of safari we stayed at the mchanga beach resort in Zanzibar. Needless to say, it was a week of pure relax! The place was simple but with all the confort you need.
