Lion King is the King of Safari's. They were so easy to work with. From setting up the safari to the tour itself was so easy. When setting up the safari, Godwin and Pendo were very timely in their responses and ensured that all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I went on the mid price 9 day Migration Crossing. Everything that was advertised was as stated. All accommodations were very satisfactory, with good food, and the vehicle/land cruiser that we travelled in was well taken care of and comfortable. They were also helpful in setting up a balloon safari for one of the mornings.
Our guide David was a great guy and guide. He knew right where to go for the prime viewing locations of all the animals that we seen, and there were plenty to see. He spotted them very quickly and many times from afar. He was very knowledgeable about the animals that we saw, their habitats, and more. David ensured that the vehicle was cleaned every day and well stocked with drinks for those dusty roads, and that we had delicious lunches with plenty to eat each day. I highly recommend Lion King for safari adventures.

Exceeded our expectations
We just finished the 3 days safari organized by Suricata Safaris. We did not really know what to expect before the tour, but fortunately this company made our safari a life-time experience. I can really recommend it to anyone. They organized everything from airport transfer to hotel room before and after the safari event. There were several briefings, they shared the most important information every day, so we always knew the schedules and rules. Our tour guide an driver, Rocky did an amazing job. Amazing experience.
Me and my girlfriend did the 5 days safari with the Meerkat, it was an amazing experience camping in the middle of the parks.
We researched several companies and had indications from Suricata, which was a great choice.
We were well received from the airport until the end of the trip.
We took a very lively guide and good people called Rock and the cook (Massa) I don't remember much of the name, who made very good food, I felt at home.
Rock explained to us all about the animals and the region we passed through. We managed to see many animals and even the Big Five. I hope to one day return with my children.

Our tour guide was Rocky, an absolutely customer oriented guy with a great sense of humor. He knew the best places to find even the rarest animals for us and didn’t rest until he could show us all of the big 5. :)
He shared stories and interesting information about the animals and made our days fun, educational and gave us an amazing experience which we will never ever forget.
We will surely return to Tanzania to see the wildlife in the rainy season as well and we will choose Suricata Safaris again.

The best and most knowledgeable tour operator in Tanzania!
This was by far THE BEST outfitter to climb Kilimanjaro on the 7 day Rongai Route and experience a luxury safari with. I felt like a Queen(as much as I could climbing the highest mountain in Africa), with the best support team possible. The porters took care of everything and our guides made sure we were safe, pole pole, and got us up the mountain. We were kinda a fast bunch and the encouragement and scenery made is go by pretty fast. The food was delicious and the kindness and effort were so appreciated way above the top!!! As an example of their awesomeness…. We lost our luggage for 3 days not knowing if it was coming. They did not miss a beat and got us a deal on rental clothing (the day most shops were closed), and when our bags arrived in Arusha, they had porters bring us our gear while on the mountain. Really I was so grateful and amazed at the service and care! They strive for the best success and experience possible of those in their care! They are the best! They will even talk to you as you climb! Ben and Steve! You Rock! Florent thanks so much for the trip of a lifetime!! And I highly recommend the safari. We just did 2 days which was perfect for us after Kili. But would like to come again and do a whole week! Asante Sana a thousand times!!!
