Romantic Holiday
I planned a surprise anniversary trip to Tanzania with Snow Africa Adventures. Florent helped me create a great schedule from various options that had safari walks because we find hiking as a more intimate way to experience nature.
The safari was amazing as we had an experienced and likeable Benjamin guiding us, we relied on him to find animals and tell us more about them, he was also our go between translator with the locals at the Maasai Boma we visited.
Some unforgettable highlights are; lovely candle lit dinner at Melia Serengeti on our anniversary night, walking on the rim of Ngorongoro crater enjoying awesome views, close encounters with many animals..... I could go endlessly
It was an awesome gift deliverd perfectly by wonderful Snow Africa Adventures

Absolutely fabulous!
Joseph Mbotte was the BEST tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and did everything possible to make sure we saw all the different animals. Everything about the trip went smoothly. Everything ran on time, Joseph always had the necessary tickets to enter the parks, and he communicated with several other tour guides so we knew where to look for the animals. The lodgings were very nice and the food was always good. There were plenty of food choices. The Jeep was reliable through all types of terrain and it was nice having the raised roof so we could stand while traveling through the parks. I was impressed that the owner talked to us via phone on the last day to confirm that all went well.

Emotions for life!
A terrific experience that you will never forget! We visited the 3 most famous parks in Tanzania: Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti. They are different and very interesting. We were provided with everything necessary: good transport, professional guide, water, food, tents and sleeping bags. Good route for a great price.

Amazing experience, exceptional service and great planning!
We spent about a week in South Africa with Shikwaru Adventures and everything was amazing. We did 4 days of Safari in Kruger, and visited Blyde Canyon. Federica’s attention was exceptional. We had to change our plans due to the covid outbreak and she was quick and responsive to accomodate and help us. She is very knowledgeable and happily answered all our questions about South Africa, the cutlure and the animals at Kruger. Everything was perfeclty organized, with enough time to do what was planned. We would 100% recommend and cannot wait to go back!

Wonderful Experience with Spirit
My family had a wonderful experience with Spirit of Kenya - they absolutely exceeded our expectations and I would recommend them without hesitation. They are honest, reliable, deeply knowledgable and friendly.
I lived in Nairobi years ago, and thus went back and forth in deciding on a final itinerary. Tiago suggested different itinerary options; he was patient, super helpful, responding to all my questions within hours, adjusting our trip, providing lots of hotel and other options, and (once we finally decided) arranging hotels and internal flights between Masai Mara and Amboseli. Tiago brought to me attention that we had overpaid by $200, and we were reimbursed upon our arrival. A Spirit of Kenya driver met us at Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta airport in the late evening, which was great after 24 hours of traveling from Canada.
For six days, Joseph drove us to Aberdare, Lake Nakuru, Hell's Gate and Masai Mara. In addition to his impressive knowledge of the countryside, wildlife and the national parks, Joseph was friendly, funny and warm. Similarly, George was our guide at Amboseli, finding lions, cheetahs and (of course) elephants, as well as explaining the area's remarkable birdlife.
Of course we all await the pandemic to end. When it does, my family is already talking about another trip to Kenya, and our choice - without hesitation - would be Spirit of Kenya.

Amazing Safari with Great Prices and Great Planning!
I've visited Africa every year for the past few years (6 trips total) and this was my 4th trip to Botswana. I've booked with several different tour operators, and I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Safari Lifestyles.
I did all of my planning via email with Roger, and he was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He gave me lots of advice and suggestions on which camps to visit, and being that Safari Lifestyles works with so many camps, there were a lot of options and Roger could give unbiased advice. He listened to what I was most interested in and told me which options he thought would suit me best.
We decided on 3 camps - Lebala, Machaba and Splash. Lebala and Splash are both run by the same company, Kwando, and I've been to some of their other camps in the past. When all was done, I compared Safari Lifestyles' prices (averaged out for the whole trip, per person, per night) vs my trip from 2019 booked with another company, and the prices from Safari Lifestyles were significantly better. That was impressive considering that on this trip I had one more flight (camp transfer) than in 2019. If I remember right, Roger did break out the prices for the transfer flights separately, but on my 2019 trip the tour operator bundled everything together so I didn't know much much the transfers cost. So for the sake of comparison I combined everything, and as I said, Safari Lifestyles was better.
As far as the safari itself, we had an amazing safari, to the point of being spoiled with sightings. I think it will be a very long time before I have a safari with this many unique sightings. It was unbelievable to pack so many events into the trip. For example we watched male lions competing for territory at Lebala (roaring, chasing, and a brief fight), and there was a couple on the truck with us who has been visiting Botswana 1 - 2 times a year for 19 years, and they said this was the first time they ever saw that from start to finish. Not to mention many leopards and cheetahs. Cheetahs are my favorite, and we saw them on almost every drive at Splash. We also saw two separate packs of African wild dogs, including hunting lechwe and fighting with a hyena. I couldn't have scripted a better safari.
At Machaba, the camp manager, Shaun, guided for us. We really enjoyed spending time with him, and he couldn't have been a nicer person. I felt like he loved being out on safari just as much as we did, and that he really wanted us to see as much as possible. He made a really touching video of our sightings and shared it with us on our last morning, it's one of my favorite memories of this safari. Our guides and trackers at Lebala and Splash were also great. I look forward to seeing them all again on a future visit.
After this trip I'm confident that Safari Lifestyles is knowledgeable and reputable, and I look forward to working with them next time!
