Very professional
We rented a 4x4 for 9 days to go to Mana Pools and other places with equally bad roads. Since we would be in places with no cell phone connection, it was important to have a totally reliable vehicle, with a basic tool kit to handle minor problems. Manapools.com rented us a perfectly maintained car, with good tyres, extra jerrycans of fuel and a tank of drinking water for emergency use. We had no problems at all, and returned a very dusty car after a lovely time in Zimbabwe. The staff were extremely efficient, professional and very friendly. We will definitely rent from them again.

A memorable and rememberable experience experience
What a memorable and rememberable experience to travel with KUBWA FIVE SAFARIS..it a safer and reliable touring with them.
We got to see animals in their natural habitats,We saw lions, leopards, wildebeest and giraffes.
The scenery of ngorongoro crater and serengeti national park was spectacular. Our guide was very accommodating on the safari.We were very comfortable and impressed by his hospitality.
It was a nice budget SAFARI and i would like to recommend KUBWA FIVE SAFARIS.

Excellent Service by Hyrax
Six of us went on a safari. Hyrax was our safari company. From the begining, they were very responsive and caring. We went to Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Naivasha boat ride. The lodges they have selected were classy. The jeep and the guide was friendly and fun. Owner of the company never failed to respond any of our service calls. Very responsible and I recommend them. This was my second tour and I can say Hyrax company is much better than the company i went before. All the best to them.

Amazing safari with an outstanding, heart warming and experienced guide
This was my 1st safari and first one with Sino Africa Safari and it was amazing. We took the private safari to visit five national parks(Samburu, Masai Mara, Nakuuru, Amboseli, and Naivasha). All hotels we stayed in were excellent! Our driver guide Solomon was very profesional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He made sure that we have a lifetime experience and it was. We could feel his effort to show us the African Big Five, cheetahs, elephants and the migrant animals.

Amazing Rongai Route.
It was our wish to trek Africas rooftop, having seen different routes and after excellent guidance from Biko Adventures tour consultant (Martin) we chose the Rongai route because we wanted to be on a less-traveled path. Being a group of six we wished to have a great guidance so that we all summit.
From the pickup at airport the treatment was lovely then we herd to Rongai.
Our Biko Adventures guides were really accommodating, friendly, generous, and amusing. We were a little envious of the cabin dwellers with nice mattresses to sleep on when we arrived at Kibo camp. Our guide was really attentive as we struggled with altitude issues. We finally made it to the top, but It wasn't easy getting there. To keep us secure, our guide, helper, guide, and cook joined us. and sang us a cheerful song to encourage us all the way to the summit. We had a great time, and the Biko adventures guides could not have been more accommodating!
I recommend Biko Adventures for their professional service from the time we start chatting to the time we summited.

We would like to say that our guide Richard was first class
We spent 5 days with Richard our guide and he was an absolute gem. His knowledge and thirst for more knowledge was astounding; he knew so much about the flora and fauna and also about other aspects of Kenyan life. Seeing our enthusiasm for these facts, he told us the first day that he would test us on the final day and so he did with much humour. I hope we lived up to his high expectations of us!
But more importantly he was a guide who was very sensitive to his customers' needs: anticipating when he thought we wanted to have a longer look at something (and always getting it right), finding beautiful spots to have the picnic lunch, being flexible, caring and inventive when our daughter wasn't feeling too well and he was a very safe driver too which is important in a country where drivers sometimes do their own thing. All in all, we were very very lucky to have him as our guide and would highly recommend him. Dear Richard asante sana!

Professional, trustful and qualitative safari company
We loved our time with ‘Smile with us Tours’. We were with four friends and had a great trip. Msese was our guide, and he did whatever was needed to make us enjoy every moment and feel great and safe. He showed us all good places, and he knew Nyerere Park very well. He brought us to places where nobody else went because our 4x4 car was strong, and he knew the car very well.
The communication with Jakub, the owner of the company, went nicely. He gave us a reasonable price. Much better than other companies. We met people in the lodge that went with other companies. They paid more for the same lodging. Also, the car we had was much better than other safari companies were using.
All in all, we loved it, and we would advise everyone to work with Smile Tours. Thanks!

Magic moment, safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro
Our safari with Claws of Africa has been a magical moment. In four days, we have gone to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro, with Fadhili, guide and driver, and Magoma, the cook in an excellent Safari, very well organized. They lovingly and efficiently complied with everything offered in the contract: Transportation in a 4x4 in very good condition, comfortable and clean accommodation in the different camps. Tours every day, with expert and kind comments and explanations from our beloved guide. The attention for each meal was great, with good flavor and diversity of dishes, including vegetarian food. We are very happy, grateful and warmly recommend Claws of Africa agency.
