Having a very specific request - observing wild crocodiles in Africa - Tailor-made Africa has managed to set a fantastic trip in the heart of one of the of biggest population of crocodiles in Africa. Major attention to my expectations, clear description of activities and pace, particular focus on security conditions, transparency in pricing. Really appreciated Clyde s extensive knowledge of wild life in Africa. Excellent support on spot from when I landed until take-off. I felt in very good hands all the time.

Two very nice days in the Rwenzori mountains
Muzungu Safari organized a two-days hike in the Rwenzori Mountains for me. I knew exactly what and how it was organized as I received before going the precise planning of the trip, including visited places, meals places, night place. And the organiser was always available at the phone in case of any questions.
Everything was taken in charge during the trip, I got enough food, and enough water. The chosen guides were nice and very helpful (and very patient ^^).
I got lucky with the weather as it did not rain and I saw beautiful landscapes as some monkeys in the national park. Well, I spent a very good week-end, even if my legs do not have the same opinion, I felt exhausted, but it's worth it :)

Full refund provided after cancellation of safari due to operator car accident
I had booked through Kenya Walking Survivors Safari a few months ago but 3 weeks out from when the safari was to start I was contacted by Otieno and that he would have to cancel the safari after being involved in a bad car accident. Naturally I was concerned for him but also that the safari I has already paid for qas being canceled whilst I was was already on holidays overseas. Kenneth organised for the refund to be made promptly back into my account and informed me of the process throughout the situation. One thing that they couldn't assist with unfortunately thiugh was another recommended safari operator vut I sorted that out myself. All in all I had a great experience with Kenya Walking Survivors Safaris and recommend them for their honesty and integrity

Everything hinges around Norman Mubaiwa(The Hippo Whisperer) and Kudawashe(Rambo) ....excellent
The whole safari from initiation of contact with Natureways to final drop-off was outstanding.Norman and Kuda,who were our guides were brilliant.Norman is the Hippo Whisperer and plies his dangerous job with aplomb.We felt very safe with him and Kuda.This is my fifth trip on the river dating back to 1982 and this was the greatest trip of all.The trip was essentially made by Norman and Kuda.Norman who were very knowledgeable about everything on the Zambesi.I cannot fault anything about Natureways

Knowledgeable guide with excellent driving skills and unlimited amounts of patience
Went on a camping safari and enjoyed every moment. Mainly because of Mohammad, our experienced guide, who never tired to look for animals, and knows how to read them well. He made this trip special. Bring warm clothes, a dose of patience and make sure to ask for him, 17 years of experience make a difference. Such a good time!

I did 7 days 6 nights safari with Papio Africa holidays, it was awesome and memorable trip.I contacted Tabitha in advance to arrange for my airport pick up and she arranged everything for me very nicely.my guide Solomon during the safari was very cooperative, knowledge and friendly I and other staffs in the safari we didn't not face any communication problem.
All the accommodations was excellent. I hope to visit again!

Amazing Safari
From the beginning of our research to find our agency for the safari, Deograsias was reactive for answering our questions in details and adapt the trip to our criterias and constraints. The safari in itself was perfect, mainly thanks to Dismass, our French-speaking guide, real expert of wild animals. Even though we asked a lot of questions about animals and Tanzania in general, he always had an answer to provide. We really enjoyed spending those 3 days with him and for sure will call Deograsias to have Dismass as a guide if we have the chance to do another safari.
