African big cats stood out for their reasonable price and extensive itinerary they provided. After multiple emails (on my part), Justice obliged my every request and gave extensive information, making the process so much easier to go ahead to book. The Safari itself was an incredible experience! The hotels and lodges were great, with lovely staff and environments. We were fortunate enough , to have what we believe to be the best guide, Ernest. He is extremely knowledgeable about EVERY animal and bird and was so welcoming and friendly. We became great friends. He went out of the way to make it such a precious and exciting experience for us and we are eternally grateful for that! Emmanuel at the company was incredibly kind to see us before for a pre safari briefing and after for a debrief. I think this was such a lovely touch to make sure we got everything out of the experience we wanted. I would highly recommend African Big Cats, not only are they a local company, they have exceptional service at a great price

Amazing trip and great holidays
This was once in a lifetime experience and one of the best vacations I ever had. My wife (29y) and I (34y) spent six days on Safari in Kenya.
We went to Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli. In Maasai Mara we loved the nature and we were so lucky to see lions mating, leopards napping in trees and cheetahs having a great lunch (poor gazelle). In lake Nakuru we watched rhinos grazing and arriving Amboseli, Kilimanjaro greeting us with an amazing sunset. At Amboseli we came so close to so many elephants and felt in love with the gentle giants.
All accommodations were carefully picked and our hosts did everything to give us a wonderful experience. The food was always delicious and reflected local cuisine very well.
Although we spend a lot of time in the car, I was not bored for a second. Our tour guide Jimmy kept us entertained and safe throughout the journey. In general Jimmy was the best guide one can imagine and did everything possible for giving us the best time. For example he helped us to get a SIM card and set up a M-PESA account (mobile payment).
Axis Africa Safaris was a great choice and we are so thankful for all the efforts put in this wonderful trip.

Recommended
Ines was always there and helped us from the beginning. The lodges they chose and the tour plan made for us for short period of time with maximum things to cover was really good.
There are some lodges like Camp kipwe, Grootberg Lodge, Mushara bush Camp and Okukuejo Lodge (All in Namibia) are highly recommended in our opinion. But it all depends upon the type of trip someone wants to do.
Indigo safaris is recommended as they have custom tour packages with good prices according to the need of the traveller and thank you so much Ines.

Super professional, reliable and Friendly service!
Probably the best 4 days of my life! Safari in Tanzania is something we have always wanted to do and we couldn't have picked a better company to do it with than Suricata Safaris.
Our Guide Freddy was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional! He taught us so much about the parks, it's animals and also the massai people.
Everything organised by Suricata was super efficient and everything went smoothly. We opted for the midrange package and the Accommodations provided were outstanding. All the staff were friendly and helpful and all the food prepared was delicious and plentiful.
I will definitely return to tanzania in the future and won't hesitate to choose Suricata again!

The most amazing experience
We had the most amazing experience with Suricata. From the first email to Hilary everything was so clearly explained. The communication throughout was amazing. No hidden extras. We were picked up and dropped off everywhere as planned. Our driver Freddy was outstanding. His knowledge of the parks and the animals was fascinating. I learned so much and my love for the animals has grown even more! His driving was exceptional and his knowledge of the parks allowed us to see even more animals. We seen the most amazing things that I will never forget such as lions eating a zebra. The landscapes in the national parks are so beautiful. The food and accomodation on the mid range package was amazing. I would 10000% recommend Suricata. They are so professional and reliable and nothing is a problem. We are so glad we choose them for our honeymoon! If visiting Tanzania and doing a safari please choose Suricata, you will not regret it

A wonderful experience
We had Apollo for our driver and he was excellent at making sure we saw the best of everything at the Masai Mara. He also provided great information on the drive to and from Nairobi. I would highly recommend this company. We plan to use them again on future trips

They did a really great job making an amazing tour for me.
Prisca was always very responsive every time I messaged him with a question before and during the trip. He was also able to adapt the trip really well when two others on my tour had to cancel at the last minute.
Christopher my driver and tour guide was an excellent driver and great at solving any problems around fitting activities in and working around what I wanted to prioritise.
The trip was also good value. The gorilla and chimpanzee permits are locked in prices so there’s not much they can do about that but everything else seemed very reasonable.
I thoroughly enjoyed the tour, but I would recommend more time at lake Bunyonyi. Also, the Chimpanzee trekking was a little disappointing as the chimps were up in the trees for the entire hour. Not much you can do about that though, and some other people said that the chimps had spent a lot more time on the ground when they were there. There might be other good (and cheaper) places to try chimp trekking. Just ask Prisca, he’s good at accommodating your needs!
All in all, I can recommend this tour and Christopher to anyone!
