Could be a Best park of our safari!
I and my 3 friends had booked a safari tour with Arlanda Tours And Travel and visited the Masai Mara, the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater (1 day). No doubt our most favourite location was the Central Serengeti , although it didn't have the mass number of wildebeest and zebra as we had seen in the Masai Mara, the sheer variety of wildlife and animal interactions in the central Serengeti was astounding.
During those two days in the central Serengeti, we saw two the hunting of cheetah, a group of four leopards including a mother, ostrich dancing

Great service and professional operations
Had a great day in Dinokeng Game Reserve with a micro light flight over the reserve and an afternoon Game drive. Saw a wide variety of animals including buffalo and rhinos.
Would definitely go back for a few days again. It was amazing to experience wildlife so close to OR Tambo and big 5 in Gauteng.

Once in a lifetime, enlightening experience
Initially I had some issues with communication where my guides went to pick me up from the wrong accomodation however, it was easy to contact the organisation and find out where they were. The service was great, I was given additional help by the guides who were so friendly and was able to speak with them on a personal level and had an insight into their lives as Kenyans as well. The tour was amazing, beyond expectations and hearing the stories of the women I met were mind blowing, humbling and empowering. My life has been forever changed from this personal and enlightening experience. Thank you One Horizon for your important work and providing this opportunity for us. I hope to one day return to Kenya and be a part of it again with my son.

Incredible experience, the guide knows the country and the environment perfectly, the explanations are very good and you can see that he is a true professional. We had some problem and the guide managed to solve it for us quickly, he was very friendly, we would repeat again without a doubt.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE WITH GREAT SAFARI ORGANIZERS.
This feedback is long overdue and well deserved, I had dreamed of this trip for more than 2 years and it did not disappoint! We contacted Gilmag Safaris online and their response was prompt. Our emails were answered back in a flash, we wondered if the staff of this company ever slept . This gave us the confidence to book with Gilmag Safaris.
The trip was excellent and our jeep was in good condition and looked well maintained, our guide Nicholas was phenomenal. Besides his excellent driving skills, he was passionately talking about the parks, the animals and always looking for the best spots to see as many as possible.
The entire trip, we stayed at Serena Hotels in Arusha, Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Zanzibar.
The food and services exceeded our high expectations.
We also learnt that a percentage of Gilmag profits is channelled to assisting the less fortunate families.

Excellent service
Maggie from Bison Safaris provided excellent customer service: readily available, responsive, accommodating and kind. Our driver and guide was wonderful also. So while the budget options all seemed quite similar (we all pretty much go to the same places and even share vans, etc, which is absolutely fine), for me these two aspects of the experience were paramount and a great value add. I would not hesitate to recommend Bison Safaris. A big thank you to Maggie and her team.

Very good organisation and experience, recommended for both those traveling with family and friends
We enjoyed the 9day Safari tour, from the pick up to the drop. Everything ran smoothly, with Stanley being our guide who is really expert in his sector. He’s friendly and a good company for the entire tour. Landscapes and The experience speak for themselves, from the gorilla trekking to the experience in several national parks such as Murchison falls and Queen Elizabeth, it was amazing and moving to see animals in their natural habitat. All the lodges chosen were amazing with really few tourists which made the overall experience even better and unique. The only thing we didn’t like was that 2 lodges out of 6 we booked was unexpectedly booked out, yet we knew this the day of the staying only and we weren’t given the opportunity to choose another ones, which were chosen by the agency instead. While one of these two was maybe even better than the chosen one, the second was not that good instead. This is the only reason we give 4 stars out of 5, but still an excellent tour, experience and people within the agency, really recommended for people of all ages.
