Above our expectations
5/5

We just came back from a 10 days Tanzania safari with Leadwood expeditions and it could not have been handled any better. Boniface, manager at Leadwood, was totally responsive from day 1 and his customer service is beyond any I have experienced in my traveling.

Our guide John, recommended to us by other travelers was outstanding - experienced, aware and a pleasure to spend time with. We talked with him about everything culture, history and more he is a very good spotter. I still do not understand how he could spot what we could not find even when using our binoculars. He left no wish unfulfilled and was a funny and reliable guide as well as a very good and safe driver.

All the accommodations suggested by Boniface were beyond our expectations, more luxury than we hoped. All the meals were tasty and our best was at the Ngorongoro Farm House, the best vegetable soup I have ever tasted.

We have already recommended Leadwood to our friends coming for their honeymoon in December.

If I’m fortunate enough to ever go back to the area, I will of course use them again and can recommend to anyone looking for a great safari and fantastic service.

Excellent organisation, very spontaneous
5/5

We decided four days before our arrival in Tanzania that we‘d like to go on a safari. So we just wrote a message and it was no problem to organize a trip in these four days. We always got an answer on all our questions within short time. At our arrival we just had to pay and arrange the exact pick up time for the next day. A very nice and safe driver took us from Dar Es Salaam to Mikumi where we started our safari tour. It was a great experience in a beautiful landscape! The tourguides gave us much information about all the animals we saw. I would definitely recommend Hello Tanzania to everyone interessted in an advernture trip in Tanzania :)

Amazing safari tour!
5/5

We spent amazing 4 days on Safari!
The comunication with all the people from Hello Tansania was very good and everyone was so friendly to us. We could totally enjoy our trip, because every thing was well organized.
If there were some problems we could easily talk over the phone and find good salutions or clear our questions.
The Vamos hotel which was also organized for us by Hello Tansania was also very nice! It's almost in the Mikumi National Park, so it's not far to start a new trip in the morning.
Thank you for organizing such a great trip for us!

Lovely experience!
5/5

Axis Safari was a great surprise! Staff was flexible, easy going and very professional. From booking to drop off back in Nairobi everything was beautifully organized. Our tour guide was amazing. Although the road is exhausting, his driving was always safe. Once in Masai Mara reserve, he knew exactly where to go so we could see the most. Food and tents were simple but absolutely good. Cant recommend enough!

Rhino trekking on foot in Kenya
5/5

We have just returned from a fabulous safari in Kenya, where we stayed in two Saruni lodges in Samburu. Lots of lovely individual moments but especially loved rhino trekking on foot where we had the opportunity to get very close to a baby rhino. It was also great to be able to spend some time talking to the local Samburu people who have held on to the culture and traditions and see the great conservation work they are undertaking. Thanks to Rose for organising!

Trustworthy and professional
5/5

My second trip to Kenya and transported again by Timeline Safaris. Last year I went to Maasi Mara National Reserve and this year to Nairobi National Park and Nairobi Animal Orphanage. Have seen all the animals in the wild except the mysterious leopard (although I did get to see the leopard in the Animal Orphanage)! Safe and professional drivers, trustworthy and with integrity. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Thanks Joseph I'll see you again in 2019 !

Natasha worked with us to plan safari experiences for a college biology class - for the 4th time
5/5

We visited Africa on Foot in South Africa, and Xobega and Tuskers in Botswana. All were fantastic experiences. We had really good wildlife viewing, as well as great interpretations of behavior and interactions by our guides and trackers, and familiarity with not only the abundant animals, but also the plants and how they are used. All 3 lodges had very comfortable accommodations, great food, and gentle hospitality. All the staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help us with any needs. Our bush walks at AoF were excellent, and my students got a chance to learn about birds, tracks, dung, and other sign as well as the vegetation, and the guides were very well prepared. Game drives were very productive - we got to see a lioness nursing her cub, leopards including 2 cubs, lots of elephants of all sizes, cape buffalo, rhinos, zebra, giraffes - and wild dogs! We spent time observing behavior, not just racing from animal to animal. On our last night, we were treated to a braai under the stars and a magnificent baobab. My students were amazed at all they saw and learned, and returned even more excited than before we went! I cannot say enough good things about our experiences, and the organization of our safari by Natalie!

Review about Kruger National Park by Danielle
Overall rating
5/5

Visiting Kruger National Park was a cool experience. It is so vast and it's incredible how quickly the scenery changes as you drive through the park. I think the one downside is that because it's so big, it's sometimes hard to pinpoint the location of animals. That said, we had a heard of 20+ elephants walk right in front of our jeep, which was one of the coolest things I've ever experienced. It is 100% worth a visit!
