Great Communications - Always in the know
We loved our safari for our family of five, including teenage and grown boys. Don’t miss the Greenfire Lodge - the setting and accommodations are amazing with views right into the nature setting. Wayne at Kruger Safari is quick to respond and pleasant.

Theodore is very kind and polite
Marvellous views but so quickly past ! Theodore was very kind but doesn’t talk much. I would have appreciate to know about the places we passed by, the different cultures and a bit of history. But I guess it’s a shuttle, not a guided tour. So everything was fine ! I felt safe and this is important. Thanks again !

Able was very friendly, informative and always eager to please
We considered several operators and value for money with Ibanga was very competitive.
All in all we had a great 12-day trip, with a couple of minor irritations on advised times to travel between places compared with the actual.
Our mid range option lodges were all comfortable, to the point we would have liked to have more time to enjoy the facilities and just relax occasionally. (Note: my wife and I are at retirement age).
We did not expect the extra cost for the safari guides that apperaed at each park who expected a fee.
Summary - excellent and a lifelong dream to sit with gorillas achieved.

Eunice Odhiambo was veeeeeeeeeery kind! and very professional!
Honest opinion.....I stayed at Taita Hills, the hotel is located at a very good place, great views and it's beautiful and relaxing, the hotel staff were also very kind and very friendly, especially at the pool, the dining area, the drivers and the chefs. However my biggest disappointment was they don't offer full day drives for the safaris. Only 2hrs in the evening and 2hrs in the morning. For me it was a huge disappointment since I'd been in Maasai mara where there's like 3/ 2 hrs the evening before and a full day drive the next day which was totally worth it. You get more time to explore and enjoy seeing the animals which was my main aim....while in Tsavo the whole experience was dawned down to just the hotel experience. Not really what I wanted. But for those that enjoy peace and quiet and plenty of rest , Tsavo is good for you.

Got to see all the animals (except rhino but that’s very rare) so we had a great time!
The organization was great, punctual pick up from the hotel and good introduction at the office. The camp (option 2) was also amazing and the whole trip had excellent value for money with a longer than expected game drive on the first day, good food and a nice and comfortable land cruiser. The tour itself was also successful as we got to see all animals and our guide got us to the best spots. However, we would have liked to hear a bit more from him about the animals/environment. He was on the phone and/or radio a lot which we assume he did to hear about other animal locations but often it felt like just random conversations and chatting to friends. When on the phone it also didn’t feel like he was looking out for animals that much, sometimes we had to spot them and tell him for him to notice. Also, when being with animals it would have been nice to turn radio and phone off to be in the moment and tell us guests a little bit about the animals. We always had to ask if we wanted to know something which felt a bit weird, especially with him being on the phone a lot. Generally, some more communication with us guests would have been nice, to hear about what the plan is, where we are going next and so on. On the second day for example we went back to the camp earlier than expected without knowing that we were heading back. Turns out this was the plan from the beginning since we started very early and that concluded the full day game drive but it would just have been nice to know that beforehand because we ended up being a bit surprised. Just a bit more engagement with the guests in general would be beneficial I think! To conclude, these are all minor issues and we still had an amazing time and can definitely recommend going with Axis!

It was a superbly organized 3-day safari.
It was a superbly organized 3-day safari. Our guide and our cook were excellent. The food was great. We were well looked after and any allergies or physical conditions were taken care of.
We were in the Serengeti for the migration. Billions of animals, incredibly beautiful. You could stay there for hours and just watch. Our guide Samuel provided information about every animal and, on request, also searched for animals (and usually found them). He is one of the more cautious guides who does not disturb the animals. I personally liked that. Sometimes, however, you wanted to get a little closer or stay longer. The nights in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro were exciting, a little more so in the Serengeti. Here there were hyenas and lions at and in the camp. Nevertheless, we slept wonderfully, as getting up early, keeping watch and the fresh air made us tired.
Unfortunately, the last day in Ngorongoro was a little too short. We were under some time pressure due to our companions' connecting flight. Nevertheless, we saw many animals and the crater is beautiful.
Final summary:
Very nice safari, unfortunately too short but good for a first impression. The camps are “public,” i.e., “normal” tents and buildings. Mattresses, blankets, and pillows are provided. Tip: You could skip the lunch break with a packed lunch. Then you could see more animals during your visit or relax more in the park, as it takes a lot of time. Some of the information about the animals seems a little “worn out”; that could be improved. Otherwise, there's nothing much to complain about.

Good Value for money
The agency was very reactive and they were able to satisfy our needs and request. A very good value for money deal. The local guide, Rhino, was well prepared and committed.
Recommended!

Good experience
We booked a safari with "ETA adventure safaris", the general experience its been good, our gide gilbert was been the best to find all the animals. We only have had some little problem with the tickets for the train from Mombasa to Nairobi.
