About: Tanzania
It was an experience like no other, thrilling and beautiful

The wildlife in Tanzania is amazing. We booked with Tanzania ROadside Expeditions and Paul was very helpful through out the planning and answering any questions we had. We were lucky enough to see the big 5 and got to see many animals up close. The accommodations were great, especially the tented camps. Being able to wake up and see the animals right outside or hear the lions roar at night is something you do not see or hear in other places. Unfortunately it started to rain when we were there so the roads in the parks were very muddy and were not able to go to all parts of the park we would have liked to go but, we cannot complain, it was incredible. Our guide Justin, aka JJ, was the best! He arranged our day so we would be able to see eveyrthing we wanted to see and also relax when we could since we were on our honeymoon. He knows so much of the animals and has an incredible eye. Since the grass was high, it was sometimes hard to spot the animals and he would see a leaf moving and knew something was there! He made our trip much better! It was the first time we were doing a safari and I really recommend Tanzania, you get to experience the whole thing and it will be an unforgettable trip.

About: Go2Africa
Absolutely flawless
5/5

I have used the company four different times in travels to Africa. I find them to be readily able to be flexible, depending on one's budget. Even if traveling alone, Go2Africa has no problem planning. You simply tell them what your goals are regarding an individual trip and they immediately plan, along the way sharing possible itineraries until you have the perfect plan.
I had no problems with the four trips I've taken. Even when KLM canceled a flight on one trip, setting me back one day, my agent was able to plan around this. I highly recommend them.

Thank you for bringing us home from Egypt!
5/5

We had used Adventure World in the past and so know that their guides would be knowledgeable, well-organised and good company. We knew that they would make sure there was someone to meet us off planes and get us to the right places, have decent transport options and complete the planned itinerary. However when we had to cut our trip short and get home asap, Thelma did an amazing job of getting us tickets during a time when flights were constantly being cancelled and changed. Thank you, will travel again with Adventure World (just not sure when!)

Francis is Great!
5/5

My wife and I had the opportunity to see the Murchison Falls area with Guide Frances, founder of Nature Connect Safaris. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience exciting. He worked hard to find the animals we wanted to see.
But a good safari experience is more than just seeing animals. Your Guide is a Host to a whole new world. Francis was a gracious Host and welcomed us into his "home and backyard" with a sense of warmth and genuineness.
We hope to return soon Francis!
Keep the jeep warmed up for us!

Most incredible experience!! Joseph was a fantastic guide!! :)
5/5

We spent three days with our amazing tour guide Joseph as he drove us around gorgeous Tanzania. He was a real natural at understanding the animals and their environment and loved sharing his knowledge with us.

It was a life changing experience - we cried so many tears of happiness!!! We felt so lucky to be there, observing such beautiful animals in the wild.

We ate lunch by a pool of hippos, saw many baboons and monkeys eating / grooming, giraffes majestically walking past out car, we laughed at hundreds of elephants having too much fun playing in the mud and then experienced the chaos of a wild stampede - a lioness chasing a zebra to feed her baby cubs... it was like driving inside a David Attenborough documentary. Very surreal.

Joseph was extremely professional and fun, he always made sure we had enough time to watch each animal, and would drive us to the best viewing spot to see them! We were sooo happy!!

The way he could see a lion so far in the distance made us realise we would not survive one day in the savannah without him hehe :)

His skills can’t be taught easily - it comes down to passion and real life experience. It was a privilege to have him as our guide.

Good luck for the future Joseph! Asante for the unforgettable experience :)

Wonderful trip
5/5

We had a great holiday in Uganda and I wanted to thank you for organizing this trip.
Everything went very well and we had a great driver. Remmy was very pleasant, very calm and available.
He knows the wildlife very well and allowed us to see many animals. he was also a very careful driver which is very welcome.
We enjoyed all of our accommodations the one we liked the most was the Crater Safari Lodge. We also liked the rwakobo rock.
I will give a special mension to the Hoima cultural lodge which has a beautiful garden and whose atmosphere seemed authentic and very African.
The accommodation that we least appreciated was the Enganzi lodge where the welcome was less pleasant than in all the other lodges and which has a lot of stairs and very slippery, which is dangerous. Otherwise our room was very good.
All the parks were wonderful we saw a lot of animals and also took a lot of photos !
We also enjoyed the stroll on the Kazinga Channel, the walk along Murchinson Falls and the visit to Bigodi which was very interesting.
A big THANK Barbara for this trip!

Awesome first safari experience
5/5

In Africa in general, I think it's important to be flexible in order to enjoy yourself. Initially, me and my friend where scheduled to leave for the safari around 8:30AM. Therefore, I had planned to meet her an hour earlier that morning since I was coming back from trekking the Kilimanjaro and she had just arrived from home. Unfortunately, the evening before the safari started, my friend was told that we would be leaving 2 hours earlier than expected. Best day arranged transportation for me on the spot all the way from Moshi to Arusha free of charge so I wouldn't have to stress out about it or leave my lodge at 3AM to make it in time.
The Safari was great. We were paired with an awesome driver who's been doing this for 12 years. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I realized that with safari, there's a great deal of luck involved and fortunately one of us in that group clearly had Irish ancestry because we got to see many cool things. A Serval cat in Serengeti, a freaking Honey Badger fighting two jackals in Ngorongoro, even two lionesses hunting warthogs in Tarangire, right at the very end of our trip when we were heading to the gate. The complimentary accommodation options in Karatu and Arusha were "meh" but the one in Serengeti which is actually owned by the same company was EXCELLENT! I feel that Best Day offers the reliability of a big company and the personal service of a small one and I will be recommending it to my friends visiting Tanzania.
