Excellent experience and organization
Have just returned from safari to Masai Mara and Nakuru with Axis. Excellent organization and performance: very quick replies while booking, meeting in the airport as agreed, transportation, meals, coordination during safari. The guides were really interested to make us seeing as much as possible. And we did :)
If anyone of my friends decides to go to Africa, I will recommend Axis 100%.

Very buttoned-up star to finish
Wayfair did a great job organizing our honeymoon trip. There were many transfer points (international airport, to domestic airport in Kenya taking a flight to the Masai Mara, followed by transit to the safari camp) with prompt drivers and no lag times. They also arranged for us to take mandatory covid tests at our camp in an efficient way, which kept our trip streamlined. Great trip!

Amazing experience
We have really enjoyed this experience. The guide was very friendly and also knew the places where the animals moved. We have been able to enjoy the animals very closely. The food was also very good, and the cook was very nice.

Wonderful Guide
Joseph transported us to go chimpanzee tracking and to visit the wetland reserve in Kibale National Park. He was always on time and good company. We had a good time at the kibale forest camp. Thank you Dav Safaris and Joseph.

It was the first safari in my life (7 days) Massai Mara, Naivasha, Hell's gate, Nakuru and Ambosei. I felt comfotable and safe during all week.
We have seen all big 5 amimals. Great communication with Steve, comfortable and fun game driving from Eric and the best logistic from Geoffrey. I can highly reccomended

Loved the trip and reception
I was very nervous about booking with a local company. I found Safari Update Travels based solely on TripAdvisor reviews and I am so happy we did!
Safari Update Travels took care of all of the details of our trip. They had someone meet us at the airport and take us to our hotel in Nairobi (Best western plus Hotel - excellent). Early the next morning, Silas was at the hotel to finalize everything and so was James, our guide throughout (took us back to the airport at the end of our trip). We spent a day and night at Lake Nakuru at the Sarova Lion Hill Lodge (beautiful) and then the next 2 nights at Ashnil Mara Game Camp (perfect location and spectacular accommodations). Everyone told us Lake Nakuru was the appetizer and the Masai Mara was the main dish. They were right. We are so glad we chose the places we did, especially since we had limited time.
James was amazing! He is so knowledgeable, and the love he has for the Mara and all of the animals makes it even more enjoyable. We traveled with our family friends, and we all loved the trip!
