Incredibly well organized and professional operation that focuses on customer experience!
We were referred to Tony and Maleng Travel from a friend that had an incredible experience with the company. From our first interaction with Maleng you could instantly tell it is an A+ operation with many years of experience. The itinerary is incredibly well thought out and you are supplied a ton of great information before leaving through an app they use. Our driver Donna was a joy to be around and very knowledgeable. All the lodges that Tony picked were absolutely stunning and far exceeded our expectations! We did a 6-day safari and every day was very different and we got to see a great variety of animals. I would highly suggest Maleng Travel for any safari throughout Uganda!

Instant reply, well organized trip and experienced, patient, professional guidance to our trip
Thanks for Joe's trip plan and it is really helped to see almost every single animal in this country. Cheetah, Leopard, Elephant, Lion family, Vulture, White Rhino, Giraffe, Buffalo, Buck, etc....
Amboseli, Nakuru and Masai Mara are the selected places to be visited. With Edwin's guidance, we were to able to take tons of splendid pictures in those areas in limited times. and most importantly, we are lucky to see the wildebeest migration and crocodile killing and preying one of them in the river.
Camp accommodation and services are far beyond our expectation, good experience there.
I definitely will recommend my friends if they have any interest of visiting this magical land.
Regards,
Peter

Timely service
We did a day safari from Dar Es Salaam. The driver was on time and drove us to Mikumi National Park and back to Dar Es Salaam. The Safari tour was great and the services and payment was easy and hassle free

They took great care of us!
We booked a five day safari with Hekima. Unfortunately one of us got sick so we had to cancel the safari on day 2. In the meanwhile we could stay at Hekima House where the very friendly staff took great care of us. We couldn’t ask for more.
The manager helped us a lot with preparing bills and setting up a letter for our insurance company.
We would definitely recommend this company because they will make sure you are all right!

Perfect from airport pick up to drop off! Saw big 5!
Big Time Safaris agents we’re very professional. We worked with Steve Okoll who’s communication was superb over WhatsApp. He not only organized an awesome safari for us but also stayed in touch during our remaining time in Nairobi and arranged transfer for us back to the airport days after our safari ended. Our guide Geoffrey was awesome as well and tracked a male lion on his own (first and only van to sighting). I would highly recommend this Masai Mara tour through Big Time Safaris - Ask for Steve Okoll when booking

Once in a lifetime experience!
Kevin from Petrichor Safaris was very helpful and open to suggestions. He tailored the entire trip as per our requirements and got us the lodges we had asked for in Masai Mara. It was a good experience and we will surely be reaching out to him in for planning our future kenyan adventures.

Nice planning
We were travelling for our first time to Africa for our first Safar adventure, we were very excited and yet nervous at the same time as we didn’t know what to expect. Months of planning and help from Alice we finally decided on a package that would suit our budget. Despite all the ups and downs and changing circumstances Alice was patient with us and in the end delivered a fantastic service worth every penny.

Safari in Tanzania is great, but not with Rhino Explorer Tours
A safari in Tanzania is really recommendable, because you can observe really many different animals. However, this is true for all companies that organize safaris, so we would like to review the company Rhino Explorer Tours with their boss Daniel. The organization was unsatisfactory for us for the following reasons:
- On the day of arrival no one came to pick us up from the airport in Arusha, although we send the relevant information in advance by e-mail. We had to organize a taxi ourselves, which Daniel then paid.
- On the second day we should be picked up 8:40 from the hotel. Finally we started around 11 o'clock and after many telephone calls. That was very frustrating as we were not sure if we would be picked up at all.
- On the second day there was no drinking water available. Since we had not prepared ourselves for it and did not bring our own water with us, this was very unpleasant for us. In the end we bought it ourselves after the game drive, although it was actually included in the price.
- On the third day there was no game drive, although it was included in the program. This was due to the fact that we always had to wait on a second Rhino Explorer Tours vehicle had, which never showed up. This led to the fact that we arrived late at the campsite and hat our dinner after 22 o'clock.
- On the fourth day the breakfast was omitted.
- On the last day in Arusha Daniel wanted to come for dinner, but he never showed up. One should not rely on him.
- We did not receive several other things that were promised by e-mail, such as sim card and Masai blanket. We recommend Rhino Explorer Tours therefore not to promise these things in advance if they are not adhered to.
We would also like to add the following points for the sake of completeness:
- We liked the Venice Hotel in Arusha and also the accommodation at Lake Manyara very much.
- We were very satisfied with our driver and guide Francis, a freelancer who was hired by Daniel for the time of our tour.
