Jocky Tours was professional, kind, organized and our guide had a wealth of information.
We did the 6 day mid-range safari which included Masai Mara, Lake Nukuru, and Amboseli. All of the hotels were gorgeous and comfortable with great food! The staff were welcoming and always helpful. We had James as our primary guide and a trainee, Jeff, in Amboseli. Both James and Jeff were kind and professional. James always had the best scoop on finding the animals we wanted to see and he was so good at setting up the best photo/ viewing angles! This tour is a TON of driving and the parks are all located at least 5 hours drive apart from one another, plus all day in the truck game drives on very bumpy roads. That being said, James was great at accomidating lots of bathroom and snack breaks! Overall, it was 1000% worth it and such an amazing tour! We hope to come back with our kids someday! Thank you James for making it so exceptional!!

Informative, easy to work with, and dedicated
Tanzania is a magical place, and Ombeni made the trip and experience even more of a life-changing experience than I expected. Over the course of 6 days, we traversed tarangire, ngorongoro crater, and the serengeti, and saw the big five and many cats.
Ombeni was an incredibly knowledgeable guide and it was clear he is very passionate about the animals and the parks. He navigated us expertly, and pointed out all the wildlife even those that were hidden. His instincts were supernatural and he singlehandedly made our experience unforgettable and epic.
As a whole, Gosheni made our dreams come true; they were worth every penny.

He did everything in his power to ensure our experience was as good as it could be, from his skillful driving, to his insanely sharp eagle eye and sharing his deep knowledge of all of the different wildlife. The seeing a lion around the car was one of the experiency I had, special thanks to our guide who never give up to track animals when hiden.....seing the giant elephant at the last minutes while exiting was super!

Surreal, incredible, breathtaking!
We had an amazing time with Gosheni and loved that from the moment we reached out they were able to help us customise the experience to meet our needs.
We saw Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti parks over a week.
Our tour guide, Ombeni was very knowledgeable and was dedicated to helping us find animals. We would give him a "wish list" and even though it's largely up to chance he was resourceful to take us to the best spots. Often, we were the first vehicle to arrive at a destination and enjoyed watching the animals all by ourselves before the crowds arrived. This really made a difference in our experience.
The accommodation was also very comfortable and staff were friendly and hospitable.
So many "pinch me" moments like watching lions, cheetahs up close, being surrounded by elephants and observing acts of nature.

An Unforgettable 8-Day Tanzanian Safari with Gosheni Safaris – Simply Superb!
My group of 6 friends and I just returned from an incredible 8-day safari in Tanzania with Gosheni Safaris, and we are still buzzing from the experience! From start to finish, everything was flawless, exceeding all our expectations and creating memories we'll cherish forever.
Our journey in July was perfectly timed for spectacular wildlife viewing, especially for the Great Migration, which we witnessed in its full glory. We explored the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire, and Lake Manyara, and the itinerary was perfectly paced, allowing us to soak in every moment without ever feeling rushed. The mix of comfortable lodges and authentic tented camps throughout provided the perfect balance of luxury and an immersive "bush" experience – each accommodation was thoughtfully chosen and fantastic.
Our guide, Ombeni, was the true MVP of this trip. He wasn't just a driver; he was a true expert, deeply passionate about the wildlife and his country. Ombeni's knowledge of the parks and animal behavior was incredible, and he had an uncanny ability to spot even the most camouflaged creatures. Thanks to him, we witnessed countless lions (including several prides with cubs!), leopards, cheetahs, and rhinos, easily completing our Big Five checklist multiple times over. He patiently answered all our questions, shared fascinating insights into the ecosystem, and ensured our group of six always had the best possible viewing angles. His enthusiasm was infectious, and his friendly demeanor made every single day a joy. Sharing these breathtaking sightings with our best friends, guided by Ombeni, made the experience even more special and exhilarating.
The food throughout our journey was excellent, catering to all of us, and the safari vehicle was comfortable and well-maintained, providing great viewing from its pop-up roof.
If you're planning a safari in Tanzania, I cannot recommend Gosheni Safaris highly enough, and absolutely request Ombeni as your guide. He transformed our dream safari into an unforgettable reality for all six of us. We're already dreaming of our next trip back!
