Great wildlife, friendly driver and chef, bad equipment
We choose the 4-day Safari to Manyara Lake, Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti and the communication, before the Safari started, was good although it was not possible for us to do the online deposit, but it was possible to pay when we arrived Arusha. Our guide/driver Horas and the chef Vitalis cared really good about everything and did a good job. Sometimes we expected more information of the guide spontaneously which was rare, but he could answer all our questions. So we saw a lot of animals an he gave us enough time to observe them- what was great! And the dinners Vitalis cooked for us were really good!
But we also had a few problems: at the gate of the Serengeti we were not allowed to enter the park because Richard hadn't done the cash transfer or something went wrong (we still don't know). So we waited for three hours and one member of our group had to do the payment with his credit card. After the safari he got the money back from Richard but it was annoying that we had to wait for three hours without knowing what's going on. The second thing were the tents. They are okay but because of the age the zipper is bad/ broken and it's not possible to close them properly. One evening was an short rainstorm and all the water came in on every seam. Furthermore the sleeping bags smelled like hell (sweat of a lot of people) and I would recommend to everybody to take their own sleeping bag! Third and last thing: the car broke down on the third day. The driveshaft of the back wheel broke. It was nobodys fault and they were able to find a solution after 40 minutes - so we drove to the next camp with front wheel drive. The guide drove to the next garage and they fixed it during the night.
So all in all it was a good safari with some adventures.

wonderful experience
Bujo was super efficient in responding to queries, reassuring and extremely helpful in the planning stages. He was just as quick when we met him on arrival at airport .All accommodation out-shone our expectations. The Safari experience could not have been better. Mainly down to our guide and driver who seemed to instinctively know where to head to get the best views & was knowledgeable and enabled us to see The Big Five when many other people we encountered hadn’t.
This was our first visit to Africa and first safari. It all ran like clockwork and we truly felt cared for by Benson Safaris.
DO NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM. YOU WILL BE GLAD.

Thanks again for the wonderful memories!!
We have been in safari ' Tanzania Rustic Safari Tented Camp Adventure' for 4D/3N with Bobby Tour in September 2017.
We visited Tarangire, Serengeti National Parks, Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Every national park has a different plant cover and a different animal population. It was amazing experience to see the Big 5 and many other animals with the help of our wonderful guide ' Daniel'. He was very kind and was able to answer every question we had.
The accomodations were great and the meal was delicious.
Many thanks to our driver / guide 'Daniel for all the fun and spotting all wildlife and many thanks to Kassim for the amazing organisation.
I would highly recommend to anyone coming to Tanzania to get their trip organized by Bobby Tour.
Thanks again for the wonderful memories!!

Beyond my wildest dreams safari tour
My recent South African safari tour was fantastic from beginning to end. The breathtaking sights, the elephant ride (a must), and the six safaris were way beyond my expectations! The wine during the evening safaris and the muffins and coffee during the morning outings was a nice touch. Humala Lodge was awesome, even the invigorating outside shower. I can’t say enough about this very well organized tour and the great attention paid to detail. For example, we had to leave at 6 am to catch a flight in Johannesburg and Seasons Resort sent us off with a very ample bagged breakfast. The all inclusive aspect is a big plus as well as having a driver and knowledgeable safari guide. If you are planning a trip to Africa, give Marie Brivid a call. Being from South Africa, she is wealth of information. I highly recommend this safari tour.

Hassle Free Safari Experience
Hassle free and well organized tour. The communication with this tour operator was very smooth from my very first inquiry until the day of our trip they reply to my email quickly and is flexible with the pick up time and pick up location.
Our tourguide/driver Dominic is very patient in answering our questions about the animals and wildlife. He is very nice to share lots of insights and his knowledge to us. We also had a good time bantering against each others joke during long drive. Very approachable guy.

Great, once in a lifetime experience
Our driver, Dominic arrived to pick us up early and took great care of us during our trip. He was thoughtful in his planning and made sure we were able to see as many animals as possible. The lunch that we had inside the park was excellent, probably the best we had in our whole stay in Kenya. I would highly recommend this tour.

Great safari at a great price
We had a great experience with this company. We booked on the night before and they managed to pick us up on the way and not in Nairobi so they were super accommodating.
Safari was great and our guide Robert was very knowledgable. The rooms were nice with a double bed and mosquito net which an en-suite attached which was way more that I expected for the cheap prices.
The food was pretty basic and served in a mini dinner hall which wasn’t luxurious but for the price we paid was more than reasonable!
Would recommend for anyone trying to do a cheapish safari!

Don’t trust him!
While looking forward to exploring the beautiful country of Tanzania, we thought we could use the guidance and expertise of one of the locals. We contacted Arnold, and he presented himself as a local guide and travel agency, with all the right connections and experience to help us create an unforgettable trip.
After discussing our travel plans, Arnold made us pay a deposit 5 months in advance. He needed it to pay for our accommodations and make reservation with several other travel institutions.
One month prior to our departure we discovered that NONE of the reservations in the accommodations where made ( nor in our name, or his) and nothing was paid. After contacting Arnold he came up with a bunch of excuses and promises to make it right. No real explanation. In the end he stopped answering emails or text messages, and no rectifications were ever made. We ended up booking (very last minute!) through another agency and loosing about 2400 USD. What would have happened if we never double checked with the hotels ourselves ?! Arnold may present himself as genuine and authentic, but unfortunately he is a SCAM!

My husband and I had a very special bush experience in Botswana with Phillimon and his team
We received very good service from Phillimon from our first inquiries about doing a trip with Walking Stick Safaris. He was informative and answered our questions and dealt with our expectations clearly and succinctly. My husband is 76 and we were never made to feel that he was 'too old' for a bush camping trip. We had a very good week from start to finish. The 2 nights Mokoro trip, the guides, and the camping experience worked well for us. We then spent 2 nights in Moremi and 2 nights in the Kwai area. The plan worked well as there was a lot of variety in both terrain and daily routine. Both areas have their plus points. Philemon was relentless in his pursuit of finding good animal sightings for us. The backup staff of cooks and helpers made sure we were well fed and looked after. Running a bush mobile safari requires a certain type of all-round person and Phillimon certainly has all the qualities that this takes. We will go on another trip with this company. We feel that we certainly got our money's worth

A truly magical experience from booking to safari
From the very beginning planning and booking the customer care by Daniel was exceptional, kept us up to date with everything. The additional requirements we needed were all taken care with, a personal touch made us feel at ease. Upon arrival our guide Antony was so welcoming and before we could catch a breath we were on our way. The Hotel and lodge at Lake Naivasha was truly lovely, with amazing views of the wildlife right outside your door. Arriving at Masai Mara was breathtaking and Antony our guide was excellent he really made the Safri come alive. Antony made sure we seen all the big 5 and many more, memories we can keep for ever. I would recommend Transtrek to anyone who wants to have the magical experience we had.
