The safari will begin from Entebbe and go to Mgahinga National Park for gorilla trekking. This is the smallest national park in the country but with rare golden monkeys and mountain gorillas. The Park has one group of gorillas but it is worth an experience to visit it in its natural home. The next day you head to Lake Mutanda which is a unique lake in Uganda with over 20 islands. The route stopovers are worthwhile – for visiting the Uganda equator.
