Early in the morning you will be collected from your hotel to head out to Akagera National Park the home of the Big Five. It has over 13,000 large animals including a rapidly growing number of apex predators and it is one of the best places for game viewing in Africa. It is also known for conservation of its animals and natural habitats. You'll see zebras, giraffes, buffalos, topis, and lots of impalas. Also keep looking out for elephants, rhinoceros, defassa waterbucks and antelopes.
