Ol Pejeta Conservancy is a renowned private wildlife reserve nestled on the plains below Mount Kenya. It is home to an extraordinary variety of animals, including all members of the Big Five—elephant, rhino, lion, leopard, and buffalo—alongside countless other species. The conservancy also hosts the Jane Goodall Institute Chimpanzee Sanctuary, one of the few places in Kenya where visitors can encounter chimpanzees up close in a safe and protected habitat.
