The Lemosho Route is considered one of the most scenic and rewarding routes on Mount Kilimanjaro. Known for its beautiful landscapes, low traffic, and excellent acclimatization profile, this route offers one of the highest summit success rates on the mountain. The trek begins on the remote western side of Kilimanjaro and crosses diverse ecosystems including rainforest, moorland, alpine desert, and arctic summit zones before reaching Uhuru Peak at 5,895 meters.
