You will be able to fly from Zanzibar to Arusha to visit Tarangire national park and later fly to Zanzibar after a full adventure day. This tour helps you explore the wild and gives you the best adventure in a day. The park is renowned for its large concentrations of elephants and can also spot predators (lions, cheetahs, and leopards). This is the second-best alternative (only behind the Ngorongoro day trip) for a day safari from Arusha.
