Perhaps the best elephant gazing in the world is found
in this photogenic park seated at the base of the great Mt. Kilimanjaro. This small park boasts guaranteed sightings of large-tusked elephants.

The animals were, of course, magnificent.
Though I could only see it in the morning, Kilimanjaro was beautiful.
And when you go to Lake Amboseli, a landscape like a Windows PC desktop photo spreads out before your eyes.

Not loads of birds, apart from at the view point where we stopped for lunch, they were in abundance - used to tourists giving them scraps!

Nice park to visit with the backdrop of Kilimanjaro, but quite flat, barren and small in comparison to Masai Mara. Wildlife more spread-out and not in same volume apart from the elephants. Good to see the super tuskers
