Nairobi – Lake Nakuru National Park

Your safari adventure begins with a morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Depart the city and enjoy a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley, with a possible stop at a viewpoint to admire the breathtaking landscape and take photos.

Arrive at Lake Nakuru National Park in time for lunch at your lodge or camp. After a short rest, embark on your first exciting afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru is renowned for its spectacular birdlife, including flamingos, pelicans, and over 400 other bird species. The park is also a sanctuary for endangered species such as black and white rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, lions, buffalos, and more.

As the sun sets over the lake, return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast at your lodge or camp in Nakuru, check out and enjoy a leisurely drive to Lake Naivasha, located just an hour and a half away through the scenic Rift Valley landscape. Arrive mid-morning and check in at your lakeside lodge or camp.

The rest of the day is free for optional activities such as a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you can spot hippos and a variety of water birds, or a guided walking safari on Crescent Island, where you can walk among giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and other wildlife in a peaceful, predator-free environment.

Spend the evening relaxing by the lake as you watch the sunset over the water, with dinner and overnight stay at your Naivasha accommodation.

After an early breakfast, depart Lake Naivasha for Amboseli National Park, a scenic drive that takes you through Nairobi and then southward toward the Kenya–Tanzania border. The journey offers changing landscapes, from lush highlands to the open plains of southern Kenya.

Arrive at your lodge or camp in Amboseli in time for a late lunch and a short rest. In the late afternoon, head out for a game drive in one of Kenya’s most iconic parks, set against the dramatic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak.

Amboseli is famous for its large herds of free-roaming elephants, as well as lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and an abundance of birdlife. After your game drive, return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.
