Stop for an early lunch at the Nyama Choma Ranch Restaurant, famous for its authentic grilled meats and traditional Kenyan flavors. Continue north through Thika, enjoying the lush greenery and highland vistas, until you reach Aberdare Country Club in the early evening. From there, a private transfer will take you to The Ark Lodge, uniquely situated within the Aberdare National Park. In the afternoon from 15:30hrs, embark on an exciting game drive in the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, home to over 450 recorded animal species. Spot iconic wildlife including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, buffalo, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, wild dogs, and various antelopes. Witness the grandeur of the African savanna, and, if timed right, the extraordinary annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebras from the Serengeti, followed closely by predators. Conclude the day immersed in Africa’s wilderness before returning to Mara Kimana Camp for dinner and overnight.
