Upon arrival at either Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), our driver-guide will warmly welcome you and transfer you to Arusha. After settling in, you will enjoy a relaxed Arusha City Tour, exploring key landmarks, local markets, and the vibrant culture of this bustling safari hub.

Later, you will be dropped at the luxurious Gran Meliá Arusha, where you will meet our company representative for a detailed safari briefing and to finalize any remaining trip balance. Enjoy the evening at leisure as you prepare for your adventure ahead.

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, your driver-guide will pick you up from the Gran Meliá Arusha and begin the journey to Tarangire National Park. As you enter the park, enjoy a full game drive through landscapes filled with giant baobab trees, vast savannahs, and large elephant herds. Your guide will help you spot lions, giraffes, zebras, and many other wildlife species that thrive along the Tarangire River.

In the late afternoon, you will continue to Mto wa Mbu and check in at Furaha Luxury Lodge, where you can relax, enjoy dinner, and prepare for the next day’s adventure.

Tarangire to Central Serengeti

After an early breakfast, you will drive toward the world-famous Serengeti National Park, entering through Naabi Hill Gate and continuing into the vast central plains. This region, known as Seronera, is rich in wildlife year-round and offers some of the best chances to spot lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, and migrating herds. You will enjoy a full game drive, exploring river valleys and open plains filled with incredible animal activity.

By late afternoon, you will head to Embalakai Serengeti Camps, a comfortable luxury tented camp set in the heart of the park. Enjoy a warm welcome, a delicious dinner, and a night surrounded by the sounds of the Serengeti.

Another Night at Serengeti National Park

Today you will enjoy a full-day game drive dedicated to tracking the movement of the great wildebeest migration. Depending on the season, your guide will lead you to the most active areas between Central Serengeti (Seronera) and the Northern Serengeti, where thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and predators gather. You’ll follow river valleys, open plains, and key migration routes, maximizing your chances of witnessing dramatic crossings or large herds on the move.

After an exciting day of wildlife viewing, you’ll return to Embalakai Serengeti Camp for another peaceful night in the heart of the park.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

On your final morning in the Serengeti, enjoy an early game drive to catch the park at its most active, with wildlife emerging in the cool morning hours. Spot lions, elephants, giraffes, and other iconic species as you traverse the open plains and river valleys one last time. After your morning adventure, you will depart the Serengeti and drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its dramatic crater landscapes and abundant wildlife. Upon arrival, check in at Embalakai Ngorongoro, relax, and enjoy dinner while preparing for your next day’s exploration of the crater.

Ngorongoro Crater to Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport or Accommodation in Arusha

After breakfast, you will descend into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive, exploring its diverse wildlife and stunning landscapes. See lions, elephants, buffalo, rhinos, and other iconic species thriving within this natural amphitheater. After the game drive, you will ascend from the crater and begin the drive back to Arusha, where your safari concludes.

For your departure, we recommend booking flights that depart after 20 PM to allow enough time to enjoy the day and reach the airport comfortably. Alternatively, you may choose to stay an additional night in Arusha to relax before your flight.
