Your safari adventure begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi, leaving the city behind as you journey through Kenya’s picturesque countryside toward the world-famous Amboseli National Park. Enjoy the scenic drive as the landscape gradually opens up, offering glimpses of rural life and wide open plains that set the mood for the safari ahead.

Upon arrival in Amboseli, you’ll check in at your carefully selected lodge or tented camp, chosen for its comfort, location, and views. Settle in and enjoy a well-prepared lunch while taking in sweeping vistas of the surrounding plains, with Mount Kilimanjaro often visible in the distance. After time to relax, freshen up, and soak in the peaceful atmosphere, head out for your first afternoon game drive.

Spend the entire day immersed in the beauty of Amboseli National Park, enjoying a relaxed yet deeply rewarding safari experience designed to maximize wildlife encounters. After an early breakfast, head out on a morning game drive when the park is at its most active. Explore the open savannahs, seasonal lakes, and lush swamps that attract large concentrations of wildlife. Keep an eye out for Amboseli’s iconic elephant herds, often seen moving gracefully across the plains, as well as lions, cheetahs, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, and a rich variety of birdlife. With Mount Kilimanjaro providing a dramatic backdrop, the morning offers exceptional viewing and photography opportunities.

Return to the lodge around midday for a leisurely lunch and time to rest, freshen up, or simply relax while taking in the surrounding wilderness. In the late afternoon, head back into the park for another game drive, when the softer light and cooling temperatures encourage animals to become active once again.
