Depart Entebbe early in the morning and journey northwest towards Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Here, enjoy a guided rhino tracking experience as you walk through the sanctuary in search of these magnificent and rare animals in their protected natural habitat.
After this exciting encounter, continue towards Murchison Falls National Park, enjoying Uganda’s beautiful countryside along the way. Upon arrival, visit the Top of Murchison Falls, where the mighty Nile River forces its way through a narrow gorge, creating a spectacular display of power and rushing water.
After taking in the breathtaking views, continue to your lodge for check-in and relaxation.

Rise early for a thrilling morning game drive through Murchison Falls National Park, when the savannah is alive with wildlife. Keep your eyes open for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, lions, and other wildlife roaming across the golden plains. The cool morning light and peaceful surroundings make this a perfect time for unforgettable safari moments.
Return to the lodge for lunch and some time to relax.
In the afternoon, set out on a boat safari along the Nile River towards the base of Murchison Falls. Cruise gently along the river as hippos surface beside the boat, crocodiles bask along the banks, and elephants and buffalo gather at the water’s edge. The river is also a paradise for bird lovers, with colourful species filling the trees and shoreline.
Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, begin your scenic journey south towards Queen Elizabeth National Park, watching Uganda’s landscapes transform from open savannahs into lush green highlands and fertile countryside.
Along the way, enjoy a few stops to stretch your legs, capture beautiful photographs, and experience glimpses of local villages and everyday Ugandan life. The changing scenery makes the drive part of the adventure.
Arrive at Queen Elizabeth National Park in the afternoon and check in at your lodge. Take some time to relax, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, or explore around the lodge as you prepare for the wildlife experiences ahead.

In the afternoon, enjoy a boat safari along the famous Kazinga Channel, connecting Lakes George and Edward. Cruise close to the shoreline as huge hippos gather in the water, crocodiles bask in the sun, and elephants come down to drink. With colourful birds filling the trees and banks, every moment offers another perfect photo opportunity.

Day 5

After breakfast, head to Kyambura Gorge for an exciting chimpanzee trekking experience. Descend into the lush gorge with your expert guide, following forest trails in search of lively chimpanzee families. Listen for their calls echoing through the forest and watch as they swing through the trees—a thrilling encounter with Uganda’s primates.
After the trek, continue south towards Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, passing through the beautiful Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enjoy a light game drive along the way, keeping watch for elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, and, with luck, the famous tree-climbing lions.
Continue through the scenic highlands towards Bwindi. Arrive at your lodge, check in, and relax as you prepare for your upcoming gorilla trekking adventure.

Rise early for the main highlight of your safari—gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. After a briefing, set off with expert rangers through the ancient, misty forest in search of your assigned gorilla family. The trek itself is part of the adventure, taking you through lush vegetation and beautiful forest trails.
When you finally meet the gorillas, enjoy up to one unforgettable hour watching them in their natural habitat. Witness playful youngsters, protective silverbacks, and close family bonds as these magnificent creatures go about their daily lives. It is a rare and deeply moving encounter you will carry with you long after leaving Uganda.
After the trek, drive to Lake Bunyonyi, surrounded by lush green hills and scattered with beautiful islands. Arrive, unwind, and soak in the peaceful views after an incredible day in the forest.

After the canoe experience, return for breakfast before beginning your scenic drive back to Entebbe. Along the way, enjoy short stops for photographs, refreshments, and beautiful views of Uganda’s countryside.
