Nairobi - Amboseli

Our Driver guide arrives at your Nairobi hotel for pick up at about 6:30 AM and starts your safari. Leave Nairobi and drive to Amboseli via the beautiful Athi plains arriving at Amboseli National Park in time for lunch. Later on at 4 PM, proceed for an evening game drive; Amboseli is famous for the large herds of elephant, and also with Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak, providing a beautiful snow backdrop. Exit the park gate by 6 PM and return to your lodge by 6.30 pm for dinner and overnight stay.

Hot Air Balloon with champagne breakfast & safari

Today you will proceed to a very early morning Hot Air Balloon safari [ Hotel departure to the balloon take off site 4:45 AM] Taking off just prior to sunrise, we rise majestically above the Amboseli Ecosystem to watch the sun gently kiss the slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro. With unparalleled views of the Amboseli National Park, we can see as far as Lake Amboseli while watching the wildlife below make their way toward the park swamps for the day.

A Balloon Safari is truly the best way to view the Amboseli National Park, Mt. Kilimanjaro, local lodges and camps and surrounding Maasai Manyattas and Bomas with some champagne breakfast after landing, then proceed for a full day game drive with a packed lunch. Exit the park gate by 6 PM and return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Amboseli – Nairobi

After a relaxed breakfast at the camp/lodge, we shall check out, followed by an onward departure back to Nairobi by road. Arrive in Nairobi by early afternoon [typically by 2.30 pm]. Drop off at your hotel or free onward transfer to the airport for your flight home.
