Upon arrival in Maun, you are met by your guide and begin your journey toward the NG32 Delta region, leaving town behind as the landscape opens into acacia woodlands, floodplains, and palm-dotted islands of the Okavango Delta.
Accommodation is a spacious mid-range canvas tents (larger than 3x3m), each with beds, a private veranda, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. Our team handles all camp duties for a relaxed and comfortable stay in the wilderness.
After settling in, enjoy a guided walk around camp to get an introduction to the surrounding Delta environment. As evening falls, gather around the campfire for dinner under a vast, star-filled sky, marking your first night in the wilderness.

You then glide through the Delta in a traditional mokoro, moving quietly along reed-lined channels as your poler navigates hidden waterways. Wildlife sightings are subtle but constant, with birds, frogs, and occasional elephants along the banks.
During the day, there is also time for fishing and, if conditions permit, swimming in safe Delta channels, adding a refreshing connection to the water. A bush lunch is enjoyed on a shaded island before continuing the afternoon exploration.

If conditions allow, you will disembark on a remote island for a guided nature walk, where your guide interprets animal tracks, medicinal plants, and the delicate balance of this wetland environment. This is an opportunity to experience the Delta from land as well as water, gaining insight into how wildlife adapts to seasonal flooding.
Return to camp in the late afternoon for rest, storytelling, and another evening under the open sky.
