Begin your day with an early morning game drive in the iconic Maasai Mara National Reserve, when wildlife is most active. This is the best time to spot the Big Five and other animals across the vast savannah. During the migration season (July to October), you may also witness the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration, with thousands of animals moving across the plains in dramatic scenes.
After a midday break, continue with an afternoon game drive exploring different areas of the reserve for more wildlife encounters. You may also opt for a sunrise hot air Balloon safari or cultural visit to a Maasai village (at an extra cost). After an early breakfast, depart from the iconic Maasai Mara National Reserve and begin a scenic 5–6-hour journey through the breathtaking Great Rift Valley. Continue to Lake Naivasha, arriving in time for lunch and check-in at your lodge.
