Day 5

Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park

Today’s wake-up call is followed by tea or coffee before you set out on your morning game drive. This is generally the best time to spot wildlife in action, as temperatures are cooler and animals are still very active. It is also a magical time, with soft light across the landscape, birds awakening, and the sense of a great adventure beginning to unfold.

After this morning experience, return to your lodge for a late breakfast. Spend the day at your leisure, enjoying the lodge facilities and relaxing before lunch is served. In the evening, embark on another game drive and watch as the predators begin to stir from their heat-of-the-day slumber. Similarly, their prey becomes even more active and alert just as the sun is beginning to sink below the horizon. After this unforgettable experience, return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
