Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, our safari guide will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha. You’ll have the evening to relax and settle in, preparing for the adventure ahead the following day. For those interested, an optional Arusha city tour can be arranged at an additional cost.

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive toward Tarangire National Park for a full day of wildlife exploration. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant populations, impressive baobab trees, seasonal wildlife concentrations and beautiful savannah landscapes.

Upon arrival, begin your game drive with your experienced safari guide, keeping watch for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, antelopes, buffaloes and many species of birds.
Depending on wildlife movements and conditions, you may enjoy a picnic lunch in a designated area before continuing your safari. In the afternoon, begin the return journey to Arusha. Arrive in the evening, check into your accommodation and relax after an exciting day of wildlife viewing. Overnight in Arusha.

Arusha National park to Airport

After breakfast, depart for Arusha National Park, a beautiful protected area located close to Arusha and known for its varied landscapes. The park offers a combination of forests, open grasslands, lakes and mountain scenery, with spectacular views of Mount Meru.

Enjoy a game drive while looking for wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, warthogs, antelopes and a variety of bird species. Depending on your departure schedule, you may enjoy a short nature experience or picnic before leaving the park.

Later, drive back toward Arusha for your departure transfer. Your 3-day Tanzania adventure ends with memorable experiences of Arusha’s culture, Tarangire’s wildlife and the natural beauty of Arusha National Park.
