Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our safari representative and transferred to your hotel.

Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve

After breakfast, you depart Nairobi and drive north toward the dramatic landscapes of Samburu.
The journey takes you through Kenya's central highlands and across changing scenery as you approach the semi-arid Samburu region. You will arrive in time for lunch.
After lunch and a short rest, you will proceed for your first game drive in Samburu National Reserve.

Samburu National Reserve

After an early breakfast, you will head out for a full-day game drive in Samburu National Reserve.
The morning is an excellent time for wildlife viewing as animals are generally more active before the heat of the day. Your safari guide will explore different areas of the reserve in search of wildlife.
You will have a picnic lunch in the reserve before continuing with the afternoon game drive.
The reserve offers excellent opportunities for photography, particularly around the Ewaso Ng'iro River, where wildlife often gathers.
Later in the afternoon, you return to the lodge.

Day 4
Samburu to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Samburu to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
After breakfast, you depart Samburu and drive south toward Ol Pejeta Conservancy.
You will arrive at the conservancy and enjoy lunch before an afternoon game drive.
Ol Pejeta is one of Kenya's important wildlife conservation areas and is particularly well known for its rhino conservation efforts. Depending on time and availability, an optional visit to the chimpanzee sanctuary or other conservation activities can be arranged.
You return to camp in the evening for dinner.

The park is famous for its rhino population and beautiful lake scenery.
You return to your lodge/camp in the evening.

After breakfast, you will depart Lake Nakuru and drive to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve.
The drive takes you through the Great Rift Valley and the Kenyan countryside before reaching the Mara region.
After lunch, you will enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Masai Mara.
The Mara is renowned for its abundant wildlife and is home to the Big Five. Depending on the season, you may also witness large concentrations of wildebeest and zebra.
You return to camp before sunset.

Today is dedicated to a full-day safari in Masai Mara National Reserve.
After an early breakfast, you depart with a picnic lunch for a full day of wildlife exploration. The Mara also supports large populations of cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and numerous antelope species.
If travelling during the Great Migration period, there may also be opportunities to witness large herds of wildebeest and zebra moving through the Mara ecosystem.
You return to the camp in the late afternoon.

Mara to Nairobi

You will enjoy breakfast at the camp before departing for the Masai Mara.
You will drive back toward Nairobi, with lunch en route.
On arrival in Nairobi, you will transfer to 67 Airport Hotel for an overnight stay.
This night provides a convenient break before continuing the journey to Uganda.

After breakfast, you will transfer to JKIA airport for a flight to Entebbe. On arrival at the airport, pick-up and depart
Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda's largest national park.
Upon arrival, you will check in at the lodge and relax.
If arrival time permits, an evening game drive may be arranged.

Early breakfast followed by a morning game drive through Murchison Falls National Park.
The park is known for its large savannah landscapes and abundant wildlife. You return for lunch and later continue with additional wildlife viewing.
Depending on the final schedule, a boat safari on the Victoria Nile toward the base of Murchison Falls can be included as an optional/additional activity. The boat ride provides excellent opportunities to see hippos, crocodiles, and wildlife coming to the river to drink.

After breakfast, you will depart Murchison Falls and travel south toward the Queen Elizabeth National Park area.
The drive is scenic, passing through rural Uganda and changing landscapes.
On arrival in the Kyambura Gorge area, you check in at Pumba Safari Cottages.
The afternoon can be spent relaxing at the lodge or exploring the surrounding area.

After breakfast, you will depart for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.
The drive takes you through the spectacular highlands of southwestern Uganda, often referred to as the "Switzerland of Uganda" because of the rolling hills and dramatic scenery.
You arrive in the Bwindi area and check in at Ride 4 a Woman Guesthouse.
The afternoon is free for relaxation and preparation for the following day's activities. Optional activities:

Today can be dedicated to one of the highlights of the Uganda safari — mountain gorilla trekking.
After an early breakfast, you will proceed to the designated gorilla trekking briefing point.
After the ranger briefing, you enter Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in search of a habituated gorilla family.
Gorilla trekking can take several hours depending on the location of the gorilla family. Once you find them, you will have an unforgettable opportunity to observe them in their natural habitat.
After the trek, you return to the lodge for relaxation.
Important: Gorilla trekking requires a separate permit and should be booked well in advance. If gorilla trekking is not included, the day can instead be used for a forest/community experience.

After breakfast, you will depart Bwindi and drive toward Lake Bunyonyi.
The journey passes through beautiful mountainous landscapes and terraced hillsides.
Lake Bunyonyi is one of Uganda's most scenic destinations and is surrounded by numerous small islands and rolling green hills.
After arrival, you check in at the resort and enjoy the peaceful surroundings

After breakfast, you will depart Lake Bunyonyi and begin the journey toward Entebbe.
You will enjoy the changing scenery of Uganda as you travel north toward Entebbe.
Lunch will be taken en route.
On arrival in Entebbe, you will be dropped off at your preferred hotel or Entebbe International Airport, depending on your onward travel arrangements.
