Drive Nairobi to Amboseli

07:00hrs Meet up with our Hospitality Representative and your dedicated Safari Driver Guide at your Nairobi Hotel or on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. After introductions and a pre-safari briefing, you'll drive to Amboseli National Park, enjoying wildlife viewing en-route before arriving at your camp for check-in and lunch.

Your accommodation offers tranquil surroundings ideal for wildlife photography and visits to the park's main attractions.

At 16:00hrs, you'll embark on afternoon game drives through Amboseli, one of the most popular destinations for safari-goers to Kenya, but it also offers some spectacular views of the highest free-standing mountain in the world - Mount Kilimanjaro.

Amboseli National Park

Full day in Amboseli National Park with morning and afternoon game viewing drives at 06:30hrs and 16:00hrs respectively.
Elephant are a dominant presence in Amboseli; they are tracked almost constantly by researchers thus; the reason they have largely escaped the ravages of 1980s poaching. Here, you are able to spot some of the older “tuskers” lumbering almost delicately before the backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

18:00hrs Drive back to the lodge in time to refresh for dinner.

Amboseli to Nairobi & Departure

07.00hrs, after breakfast in the camp, check out and drive to Nairobi to arrive in time for a farewell lunch at the famed Carnivore Restaurant hosted by Afio Mai Africa Safaris!

The Carnivore is a meat specialty restaurant. At the restaurant, whole joints of meat, lamb, pork legs, exotic meats, sausages, chicken livers and wings and even crocodile are skewered on traditional Masai swords and roasted over a huge charcoal pit!

Later transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your home bound travel.
