In the morning, depart from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your Nairobi hotel and drive towards Lake Nakuru National Park, with a scenic stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint. Continue to the park and arrive in time for lunch at your lodge. After lunch and some relaxation, head out for an afternoon game drive. Explore the park’s diverse habitats while searching for rhinos, buffaloes, lions, leopards and other wildlife. Rise early for an exciting day in the Masai Mara. Explore the Mara’s open plains and visit the Mara River, an important wildlife area and a famous crossing point during the Great Migration. After breakfast, leave the Masai Mara and begin your journey towards Tanzania, travelling through scenic countryside and local communities. Proceed to the Isebania border, where you will complete the necessary immigration and customs formalities before continuing into Tanzania. Meet your Tanzanian safari driver and continue towards the Serengeti National Park. Depending on arrival time, enjoy an introductory game drive as you enter the park, watching for wildebeest, zebras, giraffes, elephants, buffaloes and predators across the vast plains.
