1-Day Ruaha Day Trip from Iringa

Early in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Iringa and begin your journey to Ruaha National Park. After reaching the park, enter through the main gate and start your exciting game drive through one of Tanzania’s most spectacular wilderness areas.

During the game drive, you will have the opportunity to see elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, impalas, buffaloes and many other wildlife species. Ruaha is famous for its large elephant population, beautiful landscapes and the Great Ruaha River, which attracts wildlife especially during the dry season.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in a designated area surrounded by the natural beauty of the park. After lunch, continue with your afternoon game drive, exploring different areas of the park while your experienced safari guide helps you spot animals and explains the wildlife, plants and ecosys.
