Arusha- Arrival day

Your Tanzanian adventure begins with your arrival in Arusha, a vibrant city situated beneath the slopes of Mount Meru and one of the main gateways to the country’s renowned safari destinations.

Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your accommodation. Take some time to settle in and relax after your journey.

Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to enjoy the surroundings of your accommodation or simply rest and prepare for the exciting safari days ahead.

Arusha provides a wonderful introduction to Tanzania, with its pleasant climate, beautiful surroundings, and fascinating blend of local culture and modern life.

Tarangire National Park- Elephants paradise

After breakfast, we depart from our accommodation and begin our journey to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most scenic and rewarding wildlife destinations.

Upon arrival, we start our game drive through the park, exploring its beautiful landscapes of open grasslands, seasonal wetlands, acacia woodlands, and impressive ancient baobab trees. Tarangire is particularly renowned for its large elephant herds, often seen moving gracefully through the park or gathering around water sources.

As we explore, keep an eye out for lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, antelopes, and a variety of bird species. With its diverse scenery and abundant wildlife, Tarangire offers a wonderful introduction to the Tanzanian safari experience.

After a rewarding day of wildlife viewing and photography, we leave the park and continue to our accommodation. Relax and enjoy dinner as you reflect on the day’s memorable encounters before settling in for a comfortable overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, we depart for the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” At the panoramic viewpoint, enjoy breathtaking views across the vast green caldera before descending into the crater for an unforgettable game drive.

The crater is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including the famous Big Five. From your open-top safari vehicle, look out for lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas, and the endangered black rhinoceros. The ever-changing scenery and close wildlife encounters make every moment exciting.

Enjoy a picnic lunch beside the famous Hippo Pool, surrounded by the sounds and beauty of the crater. After lunch, continue exploring before ascending and returning to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Lake Manyara National park

After breakfast, we depart for Lake Manyara National Park, set beneath the dramatic Great Rift Valley escarpment. The park offers beautiful scenery, from lush groundwater forests and open grasslands to the shimmering waters of Lake Manyara.

During your game drive, look out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, hippos, and antelopes. The park is also known for its rich birdlife, with flamingos and other waterbirds often seen around the lake.

Enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing your game drive and taking in the peaceful surroundings. After your safari, proceed to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, a driver will transfer you to your accommodation in Stone Town.

In the evening, enjoy the freedom to explore Stone Town’s historic streets and discover its restaurants and vibrant atmosphere. No meals are included unless requested in advance.

Today, your driver will collect you and transfer you to your next beach accommodation.

Before leaving Stone Town, take some time to explore this fascinating UNESCO World Heritage Site, rich in history, culture, and island heritage. Wander through its narrow winding streets and discover beautifully carved wooden doors, bustling local markets, historic buildings, and hidden corners that reflect centuries of Arab, Persian, Indian, and European influences.

Take in the lively atmosphere as you explore the old town, perhaps stopping for a coffee or local treat along the way. After your exploration, meet your driver and continue your journey to the coast, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches, warm waters, and peaceful atmosphere of Zanzibar.
