Nairobi to Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, depart Nairobi and travel towards the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. Enjoy scenic views of the Great Rift Valley along the way.

Arrive in the Mara in time for lunch and check in at your lodge or camp. Later in the afternoon, head out for your first game drive across the spectacular Mara plains.

Look out for lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and, with luck, cheetahs and leopards.

Return to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Masai mara national Reserve

After an early breakfast, spend the entire day exploring the Maasai Mara.

The reserve is renowned for its exceptional concentration of wildlife and is home to the Big Five. Your experienced guide will search for the best wildlife sightings while taking you through the open savannah, riverine areas and wildlife-rich plains.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the reserve before continuing with the afternoon game drive.

During the migration season, the Mara can also offer opportunities to witness large herds of wildebeest and zebras and, depending on conditions, dramatic river-crossing activity.

Mara to serengeti

After breakfast, depart the Maasai Mara and cross into Tanzania, continuing towards the legendary Serengeti National Park.

After completing the border formalities, continue towards the Serengeti with wildlife viewing along the way. The Serengeti is famous for its endless grasslands, abundant wildlife and its role in the Great Wildebeest Migration.
