Day 1

On arrival at JKIA International Airport, or pick up at your hotel, you will be met by our representative and briefed on your safari. Depart and drive via Nairobi towards the Great Rift Valley viewing scenery having a stop over at the viewpoint en-route arriving at the pink lake as often referred to due to it’s great masses of flamingos. Check in at The Cliff Nakuru, have lunch and after lunch, proceed for a game drive in the park with numerous animals. During the game drive you will see the huge numbers of flamingos which are concentrated along the lake shore. In addition to the birdlife for which Lake Nakuru is so well known, there are many different wildlife species in the park including lion, leopard, black rhino, white rhino, buffalo, Rothschild’s giraffe, zebra, impala and waterbuck. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at The Cliff Nakuru.

You'll have an early breakfast. Depart for Masai Mara National Reserve which is 259km south along the floor of the Great Rift Valley then past Narok, climb the western wall entering Hemingway's country ''Serengeti plains''. Arrive in time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive in this famous reserve. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at Entim Mara.

Day 3

Enjoy a full day at this famous reserve searching for wild game with an option to enjoy a balloon safari. You can carry a picnic lunch or have lunch at the lodge. A visit to Maasai villages is optional.
The Mara is the land of African legend: Lions are abundant throughout the park, as are the elephants, giraffes, and a variety of gazelle species and zebras. Cheetah and leopard are also regularly seen and less commonly, rhino. The annual wildebeest migration, one of nature's few remaining wildlife spectacles, occurs in the Mara from July to September where the big animals and their predators are to be present in abundance during the time frame of this trip. Several species of bee-eater, the flying rainbow that heads the list of Mara's birds, occur in the reserve. The Masai Mara is also home to many members of the colourful Maasai tribe who may be seen around the borders of the park, Morans. Return to the luxury camp in the evening. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at Entim Mara.

On arrival, drop off at your city hotel, or transfer to the airport for your final departure.
