Day 1

You will be met at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport's arrival section or at your accommodation within Nairobi. The met and greet is followed by a briefing about your safari. Then you will depart for Lake Nakuru National Park with a stopover at the breathtaking Great Rift Valley escarpment. You will view the formation and extension of the Great Rift and, thereafter, proceed down the bottom of the valley and head to Lake Nakuru National Park to arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. After lunch, you will start your afternoon game drive in this park which is also known as a bird watcher’s paradise. You will drive around the lake where flocks of flamingos are found turning it pink. This park is also home to the endangered black and white rhino, the Rothschild giraffe, the big cats and other wildlife. It is also a prime area to see the nocturnal leopard on a lucky day. At 6:00 pm you will return to the lodge.

Day 2

Have breakfast at 7:00 am. At 8:00 am, you will depart for Maasai Mara, Kenya's best game sanctuary. This drive will give you another chance to view the beautiful flower farms along the floor of the Rift Valley. You arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. Upon arrival, you will check in, have lunch and relax as you prepare for your first thrilling game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve, one of East Africa's top safari destinations. The game reserve incorporates 1510sq km of incredible, wide-open landscapes and fertile reverie woodland following the looping meanders of the Mara and Talek Rivers. One glimpse is enough to explain its appeal; it is typical open savannah with a mass of amazing wildlife. Returning from your first foray into Masai Mara, you will have dinner and relax under the stars, falling asleep to the sounds of the bush.

Day 3
Masai Mara Extensive Game Drives

On this day, you will take breakfast at the lodge and then depart for a full-day game drive with packed lunch. You will go for the game drives in search of the Big Five and the plethora of other wildlife inhabiting this vast game reserve. On clear days, the Mara offers fantastic orange-tinged sunsets well worth capturing on camera. Wherever you go in the vast Masai Mara, you will see a frequent amount of wildlife such as Masai giraffes, baboons, warthogs, bat-eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyenas, topis, impalas, hartebeests, and wildebeests. Elephants, buffaloes, zebras and hippos are also found in great numbers. It is also common to see lions either basking after a heavy meal or surveying the plains for their next meal. Get back to the lodge in the evening for dinner and your overnight stay are at the lodge.

Day 4
Masai Mara National Reserve - Nairobi

Have one more game drive in this reserve to explore further the scenes that were not captured on previous game drives. You will return to the lodge for breakfast then check out and depart to Nairobi. On your way, you will have a stopover at Narok town for lunch then you will proceed to arrive in Nairobi at about 3:30 pm. You will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to check in for your flight or at your accommodation within Nairobi.
