Nairobi - Amboseli National Park

You'll be picked up from your hotel or residential house as early as 6:00 am. Drive via Loitoktok Road, which normally takes about 4-5 hours to get to Amboseli. Amboseli National Park is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape and open plains. On arrival, you will check into Amboseli Serena Lodge for a hot lunch. After lunch, you will have a short rest and then proceed for the afternoon game drive from 1:30 pm-6:30 pm. Return to your accommodation for dinner and your overnight as you await the following day to have the whole day game drive.

Amboseli National Park Full Day

Wake up time will be 6:30 am. Go for the main breakfast and then proceed for the full day game drive at the backdrop of Kilimanjaro. You will be in the park and your picnic lunch will be served at the view point. Amboseli has become one of the most visited parks in Kenya for its serenity as well as the view of the peak of Kilimanjaro during the sunrise and sunset in the evening. Here to be spotted are the big cats as well as the herds of the African elephants. Explore this amazing Kenya pride for the whole day and then return to the your lodge in the late afternoon. Amboseli National Park - Lake Manyara National Park

On this day, you will have a pre-breakfast game drive as early as 6:30 am-9:30 am. You'll then return to the camp for main breakfast. Thereafter, check out of the lodge and proceed back to Namanga border. After paper work at the border, proceed to Manyara via Arusha. Arrive Manyara in the evening for dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge.

Lake Manyara National Park Full Day

After breakfast, you'll enter Lake Manyara National Park for a day of game viewing. In this small, but beautiful park with dense forests, you can spot lots of monkeys, giraffes, elephants, impalas, hippos, flamingos and if you are lucky, you may spot the rare tree-climbing lions. Apart from the animals, the contrasting landscape is stunning with the biggest diversity of habitat than the Serengeti National Park. For birders, this is your day! Over 425 species of birds have been recorded here with the highest number of raptors.

In the afternoon after lunch, we'll drive to Serengeti via Ngorongoro for your afternoon game drive in Serengeti National Park. Game viewing in the central area is spectacular all year round. Enjoy the views of endless plains and stunning wildlife like cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, hippos, ostriches, jackals, hyenas, hyraxes and many more while driving slowly towards your accommodation. Serengeti National Park Full Day

This full day is dedicated for game viewing in the Serengeti National Park. During the short rainy season in November and December, the herds move from the hills in the north to the plains in the south. During the longer rainy season from April to June, they move to the central extending to the western corridor. As the migration is completely dependent on the yearly rainfalls, the location of the herds may vary from year to year. However, your guide will know where to locate the animals and where to see them best. Game viewing in Serengeti does not entirely depend on the migration since the residence animals are always there; lions, cheetah, leopard, elephants, giraffes, hippos, hyena and host of antelope spices are the common residents to mention a few. You will spend another night at Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge.

Serengeti National Park - Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, you will start driving towards Isebania border where you will have your paper work and proceed to Masai Mara. The road towards the Kenyan border is a long and adventurous one, but it should be worth it as the “Mara” is reputed to have the highest lion population of all reserves in Africa. Other large cats also live here and can be spotted all year round, as their sightings are not dependent on the seasons or the great migration. You will have dinner and your overnight at Mara Serena Safari Lodge.

Today shall be spent at the Masai Mara on unlimited game viewing drives.

The Masai Mara ecosystem hosts the highest concentration of wild animals per sq km than any other game reserve in the region. Elephant, lion, cheetah, buffalo, antelope, warthog, hyena and many more animal species may be seen.
Simply stated, the Masai Mara is a one stop for game and scenery viewing. You shall carry a picnic lunch and spend the entire day on game viewing drives for maximum wildlife sightings. In August, you will get a chance to experience the crossing of wildebeest and zebras from Serengeti, Tanzania to Masai Mara. Dinner and your overnight are at Mara Serena Safari Lodge.

Masai Mara National Reserve - Nairobi

Have another morning game drive in Mara in search of lion, giraffe, elephant, buffalo among many other game animals. Later on, you will be transferred back to Nairobi.
