1-Day Moremi Game Reserve

• You'll be collected from the airport.

Departing from Maun at the crack of dawn on board a safari vehicle, you will head out to access the renowned Moremi Game Reserve for some great game viewing. Moremi Game Reserve is home to one of the world’s great wildlife species, making the area spectacular for game viewing and bird watching. It features all major naturally occurring herbivore and carnivore species in the region, as well as over 400 species of birds, many of which are migratory, and some are endangered. Both Black and White Rhino, while rare to spot, have recently been reintroduced, now making the reserve a ‘Big Five’ destination.

The reserve boasts a varied landscape, including flat plains and mopane tree thicket, creating a mixed pot of a tranquil environment. You will break off for a light lunch and make some rounds in search of some animals, passing through lagoons and pools along the river channels as well as flat plains. You will then make your way back late afternoon as we reflect on our sightings.
