Stone Town to Nungwi

After breakfast, you are going to enjoy 3 hours walk in the World Heritage Site of Zanzibar ancient town. You will visit different historical sites, the bustling market, the House of Wonders, the Palace Museum and the site of the former slave market at the Anglican Cathedral Church. Enjoy walking through the narrow streets to explore the curved Zanzibar doors and different fascinating building architectures. Shopping is part of the tour, from a number of bazaars you can buy from clothes materials, carvings, and drawings to expensive jewellery. Also, you can enjoy a variety of foods and drinks from different restaurants at your own cost.

After the Stone Town tour, you have another opportunity for a Spice Tour. The spices were brought from Asia and South America and flourished in the tropical climate.

You will then proceed towards your accommodation for an overnight stay.

Zanzibar to Nyerere National Park

Board your flight from Zanzibar to Nyerere National Park (formerly known as Selous). Arrival and pick up will be at the Mtemere Airstrip by our guide, and then proceed to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, you'll continue with a full-day game drive with a bush lunch inside the park which offers fascinating scenery and wildlife. After lunch, we'll proceed with the afternoon game drive until sunset. You'll then return for dinner and your overnight stay at your accommodation.

Nyerere National Park (Selous) Game Drive

After breakfast, continue with game drives for the entire day with a bush lunch inside Nyerere National Park which offers fascinating scenery and wildlife. After lunch, proceed with the afternoon game drive until sunset. Then return for dinner and your overnight stay at your accommodation.

Nyerere National Park to Zanzibar

Wake up at 6:00 am for a cup of coffee and then depart for a two-hour walking safari. Return to the lodge for breakfast where after you'll proceed with a boat safari along the mighty Rufiji River until noon. You have the possibility to spot plenty of hippos, crocodiles and birdlife. Later, proceed to the camp for lunch and then drive to the Mtemere Airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar.
