Game drive and Nature Walk

After breakfast, you will go for a morning game drive in the park and you will be able to spot variety of animals like cheetahs, lions, elephants, buffaloes, black backed jackals, giraffes, warthogs and common ostriches after you will go back to the lodge for refreshment and lunch. In the evening you will go for a nature walk with Ik people. You will be given the opportunity to interact with IK.

Transfer To Kibale National Parks

After breakfast, you will embark on your journey to kibale national park which is approximately 6-7hours. You will enjoy the surrounding as you visit the crater lakes, and you will also visit the Tooro King’s Palace. Proceed to Kibale forest arriving in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Kibale forest camp.

Chimpanzee Tracking and Bigodi Swamp Walk

After breakfast, you will for briefing by the park ranger and set out for chimpanzee tracking with in kibale forest and this may take four to eight hours depending on the movement of the chimpanzees. You go with packed food and water. You will get a lot of information from the guide about the forest and different flora and fauna and you will be given an opportunity interact with our closed cousins. You will have a memorable moment with the chimpanzee and after return back to lodge for lunch and refreshment. In the evening you will go for a nature walk in Bigodi Swamp in search for birds and other animals if nature allows.

Return Back To Kampala end of the tour
