Day 1

Hello Moremi Game Reserve

Depart Maun for Moremi Game Reserve and begin game viewing after entry. Explore a mix of woodland, floodplain, lagoon and open habitats while travelling toward the prepared mobile camp. Stop for a light lunch and continue the afternoon drive. Wildlife is observed as encountered and no sighting is guaranteed. You will be treated to a hot shower in the privacy of your en-suite tent and proceed to enjoy your campfire dinner. You will then retreat to their 3 x 3m tent (meru tent) equipped with a stretcher bed, a veranda, and an attached bathroom with a private bush toilet and attached private bucket shower.

Day 2

Moremi Game Reserve

Moremi Game Reserve

Begin with an early guided game drive in Moremi, with the route selected for current road, water and safety conditions. Return for breakfast or brunch and rest during the warmer part of the day. A second game drive or other confirmed activity follows later in the afternoon. The guide will interpret habitats, tracks, birdlife and wildlife encountered naturally. Return to the fully serviced camp for dinner.

Day 3

Goodbye Moremi, Hello Okavango Delta

Goodbye Moremi, Hello Okavango Delta

Leave Moremi on a final game-viewing transfer and connect via Maun or the confirmed transfer point to the mokoro station. Continue through shallow Delta channels by mokoro to the next campsite. After lunch and a rest, join a guided nature walk of about two to three hours if terrain, weather and safety conditions permit. Return before dark for dinner.

Enjoying the Okavango Delta

Enjoying the Okavango Delta

Start with coffee, tea and rusks before a guided morning walk, normally around three hours and adjusted to the group’s fitness and the guide’s safety assessment. Return for brunch and a midday break. Later, explore the Delta by mokoro for approximately three hours, with a sunset pause where safe and practical. Return to camp before dark for dinner. The route and activities may change with water levels and weather.

Day 5

Hello Central Kalahari Game Reserve

After a light breakfast, leave the Delta by mokoro and the confirmed transfer service, then continue by road toward the Central Kalahari Game Reserve. Travel to the Deception Valley camping area, with timing dependent on connections, roads and park entry. After lunch and a rest, take a late game drive and pause for sunset where conditions allow. Return for dinner at the prepared camp.

Depart at about 06:30 after coffee, tea and rusks for a game drive toward Sunday Pan. Continue into the Passage Valley for the planned brunch, then travel through the Leopard Pan area on the way back to camp for lunch and a rest. In the afternoon, explore toward Deception Pan and enjoy the evening light before returning for dinner. Routes may change with road, weather and wildlife conditions.

Set out at dawn for a final game drive in the Deception Valley area, looking for tracks, birdlife and wildlife active in the cooler hours. Return to camp for breakfast and prepare for departure. Travel back to Maun with viewing stops possible inside the reserve. Arrival is anticipated in the afternoon but depends on road, park and wildlife conditions.
