Upon arrival at JKIA, SGR Nairobi Terminal, your hotel, or place of your stay, you will be picked up and driven to Amboseli National Park, with one short stop along the way. On arrival, check in at your lodge and enjoy lunch, followed by some time to relax. In the afternoon to evening, head out for your first exciting game drive.
Amboseli is set against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. The name “Amboseli” comes from a Maasai word meaning salty dust. It is one of the best places in Africa to see large herds of elephants up close. The park has five different habitats including the dry lake bed, wetlands with springs, open savannah, and woodlands, each home to many kinds of animals and birds.

Day 2

Start your day with breakfast at 7:30 am before heading out for a full-day game drive in Amboseli. You’ll have the chance to see Africa’s Big three (elephants, lions, and buffalo) along with many birds, including a few flamingos. A highlight of the day is a short hike up Observation Hill, which offers amazing views of the whole park. Lunch will be in the park, then enjoy a relaxed game drive on your way back to camp. Arrive by evening for some rest, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

After breakfast, check out of your camp and drive to Lake Naivasha via the Nairobi–Mai Mahiu–Nakuru road. On the way, enjoy a stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for stunning panoramic views.
The highlight of the day is a visit to Hell’s Gate National Park, famous for its dramatic cliffs, gorges, and hot springs. Here, you can enjoy a guided bike ride among zebras, giraffes, and antelopes. For the adventurous, there’s also the option to hike through the scenic gorges and climb the cliffs for breathtaking views.
Afterwards, continue to Sawela Lodge for lunch and relaxation. Optional activities are available at an extra cost, including:
Boat ride and Crescent Island walk – USD 63 per person
Birding excursion at Lake Elementaita – USD 40 per person
In the evening, you can relax at the lodge, enjoy dinner, and stay overnight.

Day 4

After breakfast, check out and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. On arrival, enjoy an en-route game drive as you make your way through the park toward your lodge. Settle in and have lunch, followed by some time to relax. In the late afternoon, head out again for a game drive where you’ll look out for rhinos, lions, buffalos, giraffes, and the park’s famous flamingos along the lake shore. As evening falls, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5
Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, check out by 8:00 am and drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve, with a short stop in Narok town for a break. You’ll arrive in time for lunch and check-in at PrideInn Mara Camp. After some rest, head out for an evening game drive until around 6:00 pm. With our guide, you’ll look out for the famous Big Five lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino along with giraffes, zebras, gazelles, and many bird species.
The Masai Mara, locally called “the Mara”, is named after the Maasai people and means “land with scattered bushes.” It is one of the best safari destinations in the world and is especially famous for the Great Migration (seasonal), often called the 7th Wonder of the World, where millions of wildebeest and zebras cross the Mara River.
Return to camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6

After breakfast at 7:00 am, head out for a full-day game drive in the Masai Mara. This gives you the chance to see more of the park’s rich wildlife and even reach the border with the Serengeti. During the migration season (July–September), you may also witness the incredible wildebeest migration, one of the greatest wildlife spectacles in the world. Lunch will be a picnic in the bush, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the savannah. After the game drive, return to the camp for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 7

After breakfast, check out of the lodge by 8:30 am and begin your journey back to Nairobi via the Narok–Mai Mahiu–Nairobi road. Along the way, you’ll enjoy short breaks for refreshments and a chance to shop for souvenirs. On arrival in Nairobi, you will be treated to a farewell lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant (included), known for its unique “Beast of a Feast” experience featuring a wide variety of meats and delicious sides.
If you have a late flight, you can choose from the following optional activities:
Giraffe Centre Visit – Get up close with the endangered Rothschild giraffes, feed them from a raised platform, and learn about conservation efforts.
Maasai Market Visit – Explore a vibrant open-air market where you can shop for handmade crafts, jewelry, clothing, and artifacts to take home as unique souvenirs.
