You will meet our representative and be transferred to a city hotel for briefing. Our rep will take you through a brief pre-safari orientation before embarking on your dream safari adventure in Kenya. You'll drive south towards Amboseli. After crossing the frontier town of Namanga, on the border with Tanzania, the semidesertic landscape brings you to the Amboseli National Park arriving in time for lunch.
The afternoon game drive includes searching for the Big Five, elephants, buffalos, lions, rhinos, and leopards, and the great view of Mount Kilimanjaro before returning to your lodge as the sun sets! Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Sopa Lodge Amboseli or similar.

Day 2
Amboseli -Tsavo West National Park
Amboseli -Tsavo West National Park
You'll have an early morning game viewing drive, breakfast, and a drive to the Tsavo West National Park. You'll be arriving in time for lunch. The afternoon game drive is included and you will return to your lodge as the sun sets! Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Salt Lick Safari Lodge, Tsavo West, or similar.
Distance: Approx. 170 km - 2 hrs drive.

The Tsavo is particularly famous because of the " red elephants" which owe their color to the dust prevalent in this area. As well as lions and cheetahs, there are many antelopes (oryx, kudus, Grant's gazelles, and giraffe gazelles), Burchell's zebras, Maasai giraffes, baboons, and Vervet monkeys. Of the birds, the most impressive is the Maasai ostrich. Where there is water, such as Mzima springs, crocodiles and hippos can be seen.

You will depart early in the morning after breakfast for Tsavo East National Park. You will enter Tsavo East National Park through Sala Gate and begin the game drive. Afterward, you will depart to Watamu arriving in time for lunch. Your dinner and overnight stay in Hemingway's Beach Resort Watamu.
