After your morning breakfast, you will Start your journey to Jinja. Established in 1907 Jinja is a former Industrial as well as the second largest town in Uganda and also home to the Source of the River Nile. Have a boat ride to the source of the Nile Arrive later at your lodge for an overnight.

Day 4

Drive to Sipi Falls

Drive to Sipi Falls

After your early morning breakfast, you will Proceed to Sipi Falls, arrive in time for the trek through the Sipi Falls, characterized by spectacular falls along river Sipi. The region is predominantly panoramic with the view of the unique Karamoja valley. And in the afternoon go for a coffee community walk. You will learn about coffee and personally experience the processes of coffee growth, drying, and processing locally. The Sipi Falls area, found at the base of Mount Elgon is particularly famous for Bugisu Arabica Coffee produced and grown by the Local farmers. Bugisu Arabica only grows at an altitude of between 1,600 and 1,900 meters; it is the main cash crop in the area and genuinely one of the finest coffees in the world. Later return for dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Today you will have your early morning breakfast and later drive out to Moroto town to spend the night right before your next destination. Along the way you will visit the Nyero rock paintings. They comprise of a three-tiered rock shelter with primitive paintings on the inner surface that dates back to the Iron Age. Enjoy the beautiful and quiet ambiance that this peaceful town exudes. You will have a stopover for lunch and later proceed to Kidepo Valley National Park.

Today at sunrise, you will have your breakfast, and head out fora morning nature walk in the park. In the afternoon you shall have a game drive through the Narus Valley where you will have a chance to see elephants, zebras, giraffes, huge herds of buffalo, warthogs, duikers, Jackson’s Hartebeest, lions, leopards, cheetahs and hundreds of bird species. Other animals that may be seen roaming around include Jackal Roan, Antelope, Waterbuck, Eland, Oribi, Klipspringer and Lions. The park also boasts of being the highest concentration of bird's endemic to Uganda like: Ostrich, Kori bustard, vultures, pygmy falcon, hornbills, eagles and more.

Drive drive and community Visit

After an early morning breakfast, you will then have a morning game drive that will take you to see herds of buffaloes, elephants, giraffes, zebras and hopefully some lions, leopard and the elusive cheetah. This will also give you a chance to see varieties of birds as well. Return to the lodge for lunch. Later in the afternoon, go for a cultural tour in the Karamajong community. Here you will spend a wonderful evening with Karamajong people and have an insight of their way of life and beliefs.

After Breakfast, you will drive to Murchison Falls National Park in the north-western part of Uganda. Murchison Falls National Park sits on the shore of Lake Albert, in northwest Uganda. Murchison Falls national park is one of the country’s biggest national parks. The park boasts of 76 mammal species and 451 bird species that thrive in the open savannah and tropical forests. Have an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at your Lodge. Return to the lodge for an overnight.

Today after breakfast, experience the morning game drive in these savannah national parks and expect some of the animals like elephants, buffalos, giraffes, waterbucks, oribis, bushbucks, among others if lucky lions, spotted hyenas and leopards. Day 11

After breakfast, you will drive to Kibale National Park. Kibale National Park is suited in the western part of Uganda and covers an area of about 795km and its acknowledged to have one of Uganda’s most gorgeous tropical forests, and the park’s highest point is at 1590m above sea level. It is one of Uganda’s most rewarding destinations to explore. The park is home to a total of 70 mammal species, most famously 13 species of primate including the chimpanzee. It also contains over 375 species of birds. Along the way you will pass many tea plantations, you will arrive later in the afternoon, stopover in Fort Portal town, and then proceed to your accommodation for an overnight. Depending on the time you arrive, you may visit the nearby crater lakes, or visit the Kings Palace in Fort Portal; otherwise, you will relax at the lodge.

After an early breakfast, you will head to the park headquarters for briefing about the does and don’ts while trekking chimpanzees. Led by an experienced ranger guide, trekking the chimpanzees will take about 2 to 6 hours depending on the location of chimpanzees. You will also be able to see different birds, monkeys like the black and white colobus, grey cheeked Mangabey, golden monkeys among others. After lunch, you will take a walk to the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, which is one of the most fascinating areas, located in Magombe swamp. This area is recognized for an extensive array of biodiversity among which are several primate's species like the red colobus monkey, baboon, black & white colobus monkey, blue monkey grey cheeked, mangabey, vervet monkey, red tailed monkey and the L’Hoest monkey. After an early morning breakfast, you will be picked by your driver guide and head Bwamba County, a remote part of the Bundibugyo District in the Westernregion of Uganda. Along the journey, will have a chance to drive through the Rwenzori Mountain formation with a very beautiful scenery of the vegetable grass. Upon arrival at Semuliki national park, u will have a nature guided walk through the forest while viewing a variety of bird’s species and monkeys towards the Sempaya hot springs. This is among the most interesting things to see in Semuliki National Park, the male and female hot springs have a rich local history attached and have attracted numbers visiting the Park (both male and female springs) to witness boiling water that cooks an egg in 10 minutes using its natural forces. You will then return for hot lunch and later drive to queen Elizabeth National Park passing the equator along the way for pictures and then have brief evening game drive while you retire to the lodge.

After an early morning breakfast, you will head to the park headquarters and meet with excellent local ranger guides and trackers who will brief you about the etiquette of gorilla trekking. Thereafter head off to the forest for Gorilla trekking in the company of an experienced ranger who will tell you interesting facts about flora and fauna and the lifestyle of the Gorillas. Trekking the Mountain Gorilla is one of the most exciting wildlife experiences, although the hike is physically demanding the beauty of the forest and surrounding scenery makes the trekking worthwhile. Today, you will drive to a wonderful place by the Lake Bunyonyi. Along the way you will have spectacular breathtaking views of the terraced hills in Kabale. Kabale is very hilly and in most instances referred to as the Switzerland of Uganda. Drive straight to your accommodation, spend the day relaxing and have an afternoon boat ride on the Lake. Lake Bunyonyi has about 29 islands and each of these islands has got a unique story that your local site guide will help you out in interpreting.
